I finally inspected my non-functioning AccuPower LED flashlight. This little guy was exciting to buy and provided much disappointment. 6(!) LEDs, Waterproofed, Small and Lightweight with a rubberized gripping surface. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after purchase and now I believe I know why. ACCUPOWER used a small piece of circuit board material, which had very little contact depth. This was worn through rapidly. Being a flashlight containing batteries, the movements VERY QUICKLY wore out the little contact area of the electronic circuit board. Thus my new and niffty flashlight disappointed me very soon afterward and more so now. Now that I understand why a nicely designed idea failed because of tiny layer of contact, which was easily scratched and then became "worn out" within a few easy backpacking trips. BTW, I inspected this trouble during a power outage and while in need. I had other choices - so with time on my hands, I did the autopsy for my conclusion. DANG, it really was a neat concept. Not recommended in any way, I'd like to express my disappointment deeply.

I had been wanting a small flashlight to carry in my coat pocket or purse to use when coming home in the evening to see my door locks without having to waste energy and leave my porch light on all day. This item really is perfect for just that. Yes, it is small but that is what I expected and wanted. It is bright and so convenient. It could also be attached to the key ring. It comes in a package of 4 so I have also placed one in the bedroom in case of power failure. Perfect! Thank you Overstock!

These are the size of my pinky finger and aren't that bright. Unless you need it for a purse or pocket flash light, they aren't much use to you.It will not help you if the power is out or on the side of the road... great for a key chain...that's about it.

Great flashlight for getting into the house late night or to enter a car in the dark. Small enought to conveniently fit anywhere and bright enough to easily see what you are looking at. You could read small print in the dark if necessary. Lights up the area you need to see without blinding light.

Small LED flashlight packs a lot of power. A little smaller than I expected, but once I put in the battery (only 1 AAA) I was amazed. I buying some more!

It's ideal for what I needed. An emergency light for my bedside table drawer. It is very bright for it's size. There were enough in the box to place them around the house for those times we lose power.

I'm a photographer who needed a small, light and durable LED flashlight. Most use button batteries which are difficult to locate and are much more expensive. This one uses AAA bateries which can be found in almost any drug store. It's exactly what I was looking for.

I am so glad I was able to find this great little flashlight. I bought quite a few of them and gave some to my family and friends. I have used the first one I bought continuously for five weeks and it is still going strong. With just one AAA battery it is amazing! The manufacturer claims the Halogen light bulb will last for 10,000 hours of operation with using very little current from the single battery. I left it 'on' for over one day and it didn't even complain. I believe this product will revolutionize the flashlight business. I put one in my car, one on my key chain and one in a drawer by my bed. I would compare it to a three cell 'AA or AAA regular flashlight except I believe it will last much longer. This is a wonderful affordable gift to give those people who have frequent power failures and it is so small you can keep it anywhere. I was impressed at the amount of light this flashlight produces. It is a very bright light similar to Halogen headlights on cars and you can see very well in dark areas. I should note: I have never written a review before but this item is really great! Compact, more powerful than it looks. You need to have reasonable expectations. This is not going to light up a room, but you can read a book withit and find your around in a power outage.

Nice compact flashlight and fairly bright for the small size that only uses a single battery.

When you open the box don't be fooled. They may be small put they are brighter that a lot of four battery flashlights 400 times bigger.
