I've been wanting one of these since I tried a class at my gym, and recently, through PT, I've discovered other great ways to use tis piece of equipment. This is the pro model, exactly like the heavy base models in my gym. I had considered the slimmer base, but I really wanted something that was going to hold up to significant use (and occasional jumping from my daughters!). The pieces is heavy, about 17 pounds, and it arrived with a pump, a DVD, and some other things that I didn't really pay attention to, simply because I knew the exercises I already wanted to do. It does take up some space in storage, and I don't think letting the air out frequently would be a good idea. All in all, a great piece of home work-out equipment, helping me to get ready for my next half-marathon!
Im sure the product would have been awesome if I ever recieved it. Overstock shame on you. This is the first time you have let me down. After placing the order and waiting about a week with it status still processing it gets cancelled. Overstock has very poor communication and just wastes time and a disappointment.
This is a very good ab board and it comes already asembeled which is awesome all you have to do is put the screws in to hold it in place. Im very happy with this purchase.
For those ladies who have dealt with the proverbial "baby pouch" that just won't go away... this is the piece of equipment to target that area and more! For 26 years I have battled with that one area that just haunted me. Since purchasing and using the UFO I have already shed 1 inch in that area alone. I've also had a knee replacement and other knee is damaged/unrepaired and this "padded" piece of exercise equipment is comfortable to them. Trust me when I say comfortable and easy to use. It is not cheap or flimsy. I give this two thumbs up and wish I'd discovered it many years ago!
