I was a little doubtful of the accuracy of this optic when outfitted to my son's 22LR. I put the optic on the included 1913 rail that came with the Ruger 10/22 and started shooting. With minimal effort, the optic was zeroed at 25 yards within 5 minutes and after that, it was plinking time. Quick acquisition time and resembled a lot of the red dot optics. Clarity can be adjusted by using a dimmer setting as there are many on this. Haven't drop tested this optic but I don't do that to any of my guns. This optic was a great value and far exceeded my expectations for such a cheap optic. I am planning to buy a few more and try them on other caliber rifles.

Not to be confused with a scope. There is no magnification, but the field is clear and bright. I plan to mount the unit on a muzzle loader and it appears that the installation will be easy and the unit will do exactly what I had hoped it would do. I did a preliminary check in a low light condition and it seems to perform as I had hoped it would. The price was right, and I would recommend to a friend. It would also make a great present for shotgun turkey hunting.

This is an inexpensive Red Dot that I purchased for my Romanian M10-862. Once we mounted it we needed only 12 rounds to get it dead on target. Some of those were operator error. For the cost and what it is used for, I would recommend this to anyone who wants a Red Dot for fun and games, and of course the ever posible Zombie attacks. Looks good on the AK and seems to be working fine.

It works as advertised. Typical Chinese optics not too bad for the price, and mounts pretty easy, I liked that.

I tried this scope on a handgun and a rifle. It is a great addition to my 22 semi-auto tactical rifle. Quite pleased.

Good quality product that worked as advertised. It came with a replacement battery and lens-cleaning cloth. Worked fine out of the box. Mounted with no problems and was well worth the low price paid for this unit. All metal construction. I may buy another for use on another pistol I have.

I picked this up to mount to my girlfriends carbine rifle for home protection. It has a nice display and came with an extra battery, cleaning cloth, and lens covers. Great product for the price.

This was a fantstic purchase. It fits the standard rail for most airsoft guns, which is the weaver rail. This sight comes with a coating on the lenses that eliminates reflection, so it's great for use outside and has unlimited eye relief. The front lense has a red coating on the outside, so it makes a reflection like a mirror with a reddish tint. It is a full metal sight and feels very sturdy. There are 11 levels of brightness of the dot. The dot-adjusting turners need a dime to turn and adjust the red dot, so you don't bump it when outside. And just for safety, it comes with twistable covers for the dot-adjustors. Overall, I'd recommend it for the great price and the good quality!!!

I bought this sight for a friend who has a black powder rifle. He love it and has used it several times. He likes the adjustable dimmer and it hold up to the "recoil" of a black powder firearm which is substantial. Only drawback ....He had difficulty finding the correct mounting rail for this sight.

I got two of these and was fine with the quality of the dot. I didn't notice any star like quality but wasn't looking for it either if it is subtle. I this for the cost this is an awesome deal. I am going to buy another just to have around. It even came with a spare battery. For $** you can't complain. Cmon...

if you are looking for an effective and cost effective red dot this is the way to go, it has a nice sight picture you can see out to a hundred yards with it and if your any good with windage or if your using an ar you shouldn't have to guess to hard because its basically shoot and hit, buy it you wont be disappointed!!!!

Bought this scope for my husband to put on his paintball gun. He loved it and actually wants to get a few more for his dad and other guns. Was easy to mount and very precise. You can change the size of the red dot depending on distance. It was a great purchase.

Because the price was so low, I did not expect a top quality product, but I did expect the red dot to at least be clear (I have red dot finder scopes for my telescopes in the same price range that deliver a good crisp dot image). This one, as some other reviewers observed, has a star-like pattern to the dot that makes it's effective dot size much larger than it is supposed to be and is pretty distracting. It is less noticable outdoors, but indoors is very pronounced. I understand that there are other red dot scopes in the same price range that perform better (like the *****) so I would suggest trying them instead. I was rather surprised at the dot quality, because the mechanical quality seems quite good: it is a very sturdy, all metal, construction.

Not much to say, does what I expected it to do. Only two complaints, first the Dot is not very dot-like in low light (it looks more like a star) but once you get outside it clears right up. Second is the mounting screws are kinda weak, shouldn't be a problem for most people but I got over zealous and stripped on of them :(

This scope is a disappointment. Looks fine indoors with low light, outside, the dot washes out and is very hard to see. Speaking with friends who are more knowledgeable about these things I've found that this is to be expected with the less expensive dot scopes. (Though I do have one that works just fine.) It's not broken, it's just the way these units are. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Not very versatile as to fitting different scope mounts. Red Dot not as sharp as I would have liked.
