I purchased this necklace as a gift thinking that the gold ingot would look like the one I have bought from another home shopping company. I knew it was plainer looking, I could tell that in the picture. But after I ordered it, I realized that the description did not tell me what the bezel was made from. I contacted customer service and they told me that it was vermeil, just like the chain. I was o.k. with that, I just thought it should have been in the description. After I got the ingot, I realized that the ingot was not marked with numbers on the back like the one I had ordered from another home shopping company. I don't know if that means anything, since I just was buying it for a gift, but I wondered about it.I did not call customer service,but I would recommend you investigate this aspect before buying,
Couldn't wait to get necklace when it arrived the gold block was cracked and the chain is cheap. First time dissatisfied with purchase usually have good quality items.
