BOUGHT THIS FOR MY WIFE WHO LOVES TO PAINT AND DRAW, THIS HAD EVERYTHING SHE COULD WANT. SHE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT.

I bought two as Christmas gifts. They look very professional. The wood case is impressive and a nice color. It does not look like the plastic sets that are everywhere.

The first time my children opened this, the hinges on the case came out, and could not be repaired because the screws were stripped. In addition, one of the latches broke, so we can't close even one side securely. My kids loved the idea of everything organized neatly in the case, but it's just not usable, and we will have to store the contents in Ziploc bags, just like all their ordinary crayons and markers. Something about the case made it so much more special in my childrens' eyes, so we are quite disappointed. On a positive note, the supplies themselves seem fine.

What a great way to save. Got this for my sister in law for x-mas and did I admire it myself when I opened the package..

We are quite disappointed in the case. It fell apart within a couple days. We will have to store the contents in a different box. Thumbs down.

The 1-2-3 Art Set is great for the budding young artist. The wood case is beautiful and sturdy. The variety of art supplies inside are fantastic. A great price and a great product.

I agree with everyone about the casing...a little flimsy..BUT, the set inside was great! Lots of stuff to work with and its just something nice to have on those rainy days for the kids. Its also a pretty good price for the number of art supplies...I'm satisfied!

The presentation of the product is what sold me. I had ordered these for my two boys for Christmas. They both are the little artists and I thought the "wood" cases would keep everything nice and organized. The contents of the case were nice but the cases themselves were a let down. After just 2 uses, the screws for the hinges came out in one and wouldn't screw back in and on the other, the wood actually became detached all the way down on the side. I would think it was just a mishap for one to fall apart, but both just speaks for the product. So if your buying this product for the case, don't bother.

This is a beautiful set and a great bargain with a variety of art supplies.

case fell apart, low grade materials. do not buy unless for five year old. as a through away use and toss kit.

It is a great art supply set . The grandchildren love it. But caution should be used when sharpening the pencils. Cut fingers hurt.

I bought this for my niece for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. The packaging was great and the range of products inside it will give her hours of fun.

Granddaughter will be so happy with this he is a upcoming artiest.

While I think the product is a good deal - delivery took forever! Far longer, then we expected. So if you order this give yourself a lot of lead time.

Yeah, I know, why 4 stars? Well, I didn't much care for the case it all came in, the case felt kind of cheap. The inside was made of thin molded plastic and the outside of plywood. Otherwise though, great set to own or gift, I know my wife loved it!

I am very unhappy about this set: poor quality starting with the box and ending with the paints. Junk, that is all I have to say
