Rosseto EZ-SERV Double Dry Food Dispenser

I received my Rossetto EZ Serv but its missing some very key parts and makes it unusable without them.I am missing the two pins and the two propellers - I tried contacting Rosetto directly be internet but they are not reachable at the email address that was on the paperwork.Please advise on how I can get these parts.I cannot recommend anything until I can use it and right now its useless to me.

I purchased this container for use at the lake house. It works wonderfully. It was a bit tricky to get the cap to stay on, but after a few days it stayed in place. Looks nice and reminds everyone to "eat a healthy snack"! We love it!

I purchased two dispensers. We use bagged cereals, and anyone using them knows how messy those can be. I got these to clean up the mess on the counter. I've tried the rubbermaid box route, but those never worked. The boxes left a smell on the cereal, and the cereal remains would get ignored. They seemed to require almost as much attention as the bags themselves. This, I pour the cereal in at the top, shake the container a bit to get the dust to settle, slightly turn the handle and the dust drains out. No messy half-empty bags anymore, no dust crumbs either, all the cereal gets eaten and nothing wasted. They also fit on my counter underneath the top cupboards perfectly. Cons: The turning paddles were too close together for the larger size cereals, such as captain crunch or fruit loops knock offs, and would crush the cereal. I trimmed off half the paddles in one set (now have 3 blades instead of six) for the larger sized cereals. One large cereal bag fills both sides of one dispenser. I have teen boys, we go through a lot of cereal. It would have been nice to have something larger, but larger would have cost $500 and I don't have the space anyway. If you go through a lot of cereal, it may not be your best option. Overall, these are a great alternative if the plastic cereal boxes aren't working for you. They fit in my space perfect, and keep the counter tidy. I would buy again, and I'm glad I got two dispensers. If I started with one, I would have bought a second one.

I purchased two dispensers so I could eliminate 4 cereal boxes off the counter. They work great, it sounds like it is crushing the cereal but only a few are hurt. A great way to tell when more cereal is needed. Looks nice out on the counter, fit fine under my cabinets.

This product arrived just before relatives visited for Christmas, so it got a real workout right out of the box. I was surprised that each side of the dispenser holds an entire, large box of cereal because of its compact size. And our teenager doesn't complain that he didn't eat cereal because he couldn't tell what we had in the pantry! At first, we had a problem with the black plastic lid that fits over the top of the two bins. It kept popping up or off whenever we used the dispenser, but for whatever reason, that problem seems to be correcting itself...perhaps the lid just needs some time to "settle in." Overall, we're very pleased with the look and function of this item.
