Anchor Hocking 1-gal Glass Covered Jar

We had recently moved in to a new house and needed some good canisters for the kitchen. We purchased some at another store and they were terrible, the sugar would harden in it. So I suggested we look on line at Overstock and found these jars. They are perfect for what we need! And for some strange reason, they don't let moisture in to the jar. They came packed safely and were in perfect condition. Thanks so much!

I was originally searching for a vintage glass covered jar to use in my laundry room for powder detergent to match glass jars that hold fabric softener and bleach. The prices for vintage jars was a little high for something I wanted to use on a daily basis so I brought my search to Overstock. This is absolutely perfect. It's an exact replica of the vintage ones I was looking at. I LOVE it! And even though I threatened my family about breaking it, I know that I can come back to O and find another one if I need to. As a matter of fact, I'm looking at a smaller one to house soaps that my family will also not be allowed to touch.

As usual, Overstock.com came through with another exellent item. The Glass Covered Jar performs beyond expectations. I only wish I had the cupboard space for a couple more. As soon as it came out of the box, I knew it was just what the doctor ordered. For the money, I feel I got the best value. Of Course, this is an item that I could have found at a yard/garage/rummage sale, I feel I found the best deal on Overstock.com
