I had my doubts!
Purchased an electronic product and was very apprehensive on purchasing the protection plan, but I am glad that I did. Usually I tell myself nothing is going to happen when I buy stuff and think that the protection plan is a waste of money and time. I decided to purchase the plan anyway and luckily I did. The product broke and dreaded to submit my claim as I was not wanting to anticipate the trouble I may encounter. My experience was completely opposite! No run-arounds, no hassles, no waiting. I would purchase this protection plan in a heartbeat in the future. I can now feel safe buying electronics from Overstock as they have great coverage with their replacement plan.

platinum 2 year protection
This product is okay, but when whatever it is protecting breaks and there is none left in stock then you will spend about a week arguing with different customer service representatives just trying to get a refund! This is a good thing to have just in case though because it protects your product for two years. P.S. I think this product cost too much!

Warranty
I haven't had the need to use it yet, but after comparing prices, found this replacement warranty to have the most coverage for the lowest price. Best of all; HAS ACCIDENTAL COVERAGE!!!
