Not happy with this product
The Bell and Howell video/digital camera had VERY poor quality picture and sound. Even at the highest quality setting the pictures and video were "grainy"

too good to be true?
I had an order for a dryer and flat iron with 2year replaement plan. I recieved the flat iron but did not recieve the dryer and the replacement plan. I called in customer service the guy was really nice said he would send me my dryer and replacement plan. Then I recieved a e-mail saying that they completed my order and if I was not satisfied to notify them in 10 days. It's in the middle of busy season in the place that I work, a beauty salon. Why would I want to go through hell again just for you not to service my order. I have a copy right in front of me that I printed up. Maybe it was a misprint on your part. I thought the price was too good to be true. Then you should have said so. I used to like Overstock a would refer my clients to you now I don't trust you. Thanks, disappointed

If you are buying cheap electronics I can't recommend this enough. This plan cost me about XX dollars and was worth every penny of it it paid for it's self in less than 24 hours of receiving the product I had purchased it for. The agent who took care of my claim was friendly and knowledgeable. After explaining the troubleshooting steps I had already taken determined I did not need to do further troubleshooting steps to issue a refund and a return shipping label.

Had a problem, called the service and they were on the problem in no time. No hassles at all they fixed the problem and were very accommodating.

Having used plan in the past it is a good value . They way stuff is made today it's a good insurance against break downs
