These warranty/replacement plans never seem to a good value for the average consumer. If I have to buy a replacement plan, the quality of the product is suspect, therefore, I question whether or not to buy the product. I never buy the warranty or replacement plan - it's a money grab.

Bluetooth
When I received my blue tooth it had a lot of static in it but I decided to just work with it. Then the part that is supposed to go around your ear snapped off and now it keeps falling off.
