  • Easy Full Reimbursement

    I had my product (a vacuum) for one and a half years until it just didn't turn on one day. After just a phone call and printing out a (free) mailing label, I sent my receipt and a note to Overstock.com. My reimbursement for the product and taxes was handled quickly and efficiently. I might just use the cash to buy another vacuum....and a replacement plan of course.

    Highly recommend purchasing when buying an item that can become defective. Was relieved to have purchased with an air mattress that sprung a leak within the first few weeks of purchase. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful instructing the procedure for requesting the item replacement. Turn around was about 3-weeks.

    I have never received it to even check it out. It was to be mailed on Feb. 17th per e-mail I received and I have never gotten it.

  • 2 year replacement plan

    I was pleased with the prompt shipment of the two sewing machines that I purchased...BUT...I have not received acknowledgement of either of the 2 year replacement warranty agreements....I am not sure how to contact anyone or even who to contact about this matter.......I would appreciate knowing how to resolve this matter....I would be happy with two warranty agreements sent to me via USPS as soon as possible....Thanks Jackie

  • Still have not recieved it

    I would love to give it a review, however, am still yet to receive it! Hopefully when I do receive the replacement plan I will be able to get the luggage replaced because 2 out of 3 didn’t last a one way trip. The seams were split as soon as we landed in our destination. Good thing we purchased gray colored luggage…it matched the duct tape we use to get them secure.

    Vacuum had a small crack in collection bin after almost 18 months use. Seems paid price will be refunded in it's entirety, nice!

  • You need to buy this warrenty.

    You need to buy this warranty. Shredders, especially this one are finicky and break down often. For the price, you have purchased nothing short of at least peace of mind.

  • great replacement policy

    I think this replacement plan is great. Have not had to use it yet. the only problem I felt I had was not knowing if I wanted a paper copy I needed to print it out my self ..

Once I purchase this item and my equipment arrives, is there anything I need to do to activate it? I don't see any documentation of my warranty in the box that was shipped...  on Mar 3, 2012

You need only sign in to your account and find the warranty information under the order number of the item the warranty is associated with. The warranty will be active on it immediately unless there is a distributor or manufacturer warranty on that item when you by it.
