I have not had to use the plan. Its true value lies in replacing the product at no cost if it fails. At the price I paid, if I use the plan and it works or if I don't have to use it, it will be worth the cost.
I had to use it for my dvd, vcr recorder and a new one was sent in a short time with no questions asked. They are so very nice and would recomened this to anyone buying electronics or any purchases they need replacement in case something goes wrong.
lI purchased a poor quality stereo system that I returned and if I had not returned it, I would have needed it because the quality of the system I got was so poor that I most likely would have needed to have it repaired or replaced.
