Ordered this as a back up gift for a dog lover friend. Decided to keep it for myself. (He received another gift) I liked it a lot. Nice quality and a nice hooked style rug. Not sure it will wash if you are looking for more of a rug to use and wash when dirty. We use this by a door we don't walk on it often.
