My old arthritic lab with terminal cancer loves her new bed. Good fit for a crate. She is one that uses her crate not for containment but her own personal space, her dog cave if you will! They don't tell you it is white on one side (I assumed it would be tan/red all over) so it will be impossible to just flip it without totally trashing it. Haven't washed it yet so no idea how it might hold up. Thanks Overstock!

Bought this bed well over 1 year ago for our arthritic labrador. We also have 2 small dogs. All 3 fight over who gets the bed. The cover washes easily and almost 2 years later, the foam is in excellant shape. I highly recommend this product

I thought this would be an immediate hit and I purchased it for my beagle for use after she had surgery for a ruptured disk. I believed that the firmer surface would be great for keeping her comfortable while the wound healed under her stitches. But, after a few minutes on the bed, she immediately returned to the garden lounge cushion she had been using. Apparently the softer surface was what she needed. No matter, I am sure there will come as time as she ages, when she will use this bed. I am not disappointed with the product.

I love this bed and so do my two cairn terriers. I bought this bed specifically for a floor window in our home in which the dogs love to look outside and watch the action. I needed a very thick bed with very little "give" in order for them to lay down but still look out the window. It is just perfect for "their" needs and mine as well, as it fits well with our decor. They seem quite content on it..and it appears that it will last for a long time. I am happy that it has a cover that can be removed and washed but haven't had the need to wash it yet. Great purchase!! Thanks OVERSTOCK!!!

Bought this for my 8 month old chocolate lab mix puppy which is weighing in at approximately 60 lbs. at the present. He seems to really like it and doesn't seem to "bottom out" when on it.
We bought this for our 12yr old dog Butchy. He loves it! It is very thick and he likes to hang his back leg off the edge.
My 13-year-old beagle loves this bed. She gets in it at night and falls into a deep sleep -- no more tossing and turning, twitching, or nightmares. Plus when she gets up in the morning, she appears to be less stiff. Overall, this is a great bed, especially for the price.
Now my daughter can join Daisy and Murphy in their bed, instead of in mine with comfort!!!
Bought two of these big dog beds for the truck. They work pretty well side-by-side. We have an 85 lb Yellow Lab ...she's only 18 mo. and still growing! She snoozes along and has plenty of turning room with two beds! I also bought a hammock from another online store so these will stay centered better...they could be a bit wider with the seat down. Added two pillows behind them so it forces the beds to be directly behind our seats. (Better way to pet her too!!)
I have two dogs, one quite elderly with pretty advanced arthritis. He has a hard time getting up and down, and needs a really firm raised bed. I bought him a slightly larger version of this a year ago, which he loved but the younger dog also loved it and I was constantly having to make the younger one move. When I couldn't find the exact duplicate, I went with this one and have been quite satisfied. Although not quite as big or quite as firm as the first one, it is still plenty large and firm enough for my 55 pound dog. And both dogs seem to like them both equally.
I have a 6 lb. 10 year old senior Pomeranian who has just started at times having some neck and back problems. The bed is a bit large for him since he is so small, but he loves the bed! This is a very firm bed and just what he needed. Thank you Overstock!
I lost my mom awhile back and I took her old dog of 15 years and am keeping him. He is getting a little stiff and slow going and I thought I would try this bed for him and he loves it. I think it is the support it has. Well whatever it is he LOVES it!
Not exciting to look at, but definitely helps my girl sleep better. Looks sturdy, but time will tell if it really is. Needed to put a rug under it as it slips on the hardwood floors.
I was a bit unsure of getting this bed--the sizes seemed too big or too small--but I bought the small/medium pet bed for my black lab (73 pounds). She likes it, but her "little brother" (also a lab mix--80 pounds) adores it. He sleeps on it every night and he's fine with it over in a corner. It seems to be big enough and he likes it without any extra blankets.
