  • Poor quality cover easily ripped

    At first, I was very excited about this dog bed. My dog loved it! But now after only about a month's use, the pillowtop is torn in two places. I have a beagle and he is pretty gentle. But he turns around several times before he lies down and his turning has ripped the bed twice. The base foam bed still seems strong but the cover won't last much longer. Usually I equate the name "Serta" with quality, but not anymore. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Poor quality. My dog has been using it about a month and cover is torn in two places.

  • Serta Spectacular!!!

    I have a english bull dog, great pyrnesse and a french mastiff, Everyone of them loves this bed. I even have a pot belly pig that loves to steal the bed from one of the dogs...huge hit!!! I'll be getting more!!

  • my dog loves it

    I neede an orthopedic bed for my German Shepherd who has been having hip problems. This was not only a great price (I've looked a lot!) but well made and takes even my 11 year old walking across it. He even joked he was going to switch beds with our dog for the night. She loves it and has had fewer problems with her hip.

  • Awesome Pet Bed

    I am in love with this pet bed. I wish I had known about Serta pet beds years ago. Most are "filled" and bunch up, go flat, and just plain wear out. I have to continually replace beds for my Lab. I was so impressed when this bed arrived and Cheyenne loves it...it is a superior product and I will never go back to a "fill"!

  • Perfect Dog Bed

    We had already purchased this bed over a year ago and our black lab loves it. We recently brought home a rescue dog and he wanted his own so we purchased another for him. We have a long history of dogs and so dog beds also. This is by far the best bed ever. It is a little pricier than most but the quality and the durability make it the obvious choice. It IS a Serta!

  • THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A "MADE IN USA" ITEM

    I normally wouldn't take the time to leave remarks that aren't positive, but this product is advertised "Made in USA" in a very misleading way. That was one of the big reasons I chose this for my dog. I received it today, and felt completely let down to see the bed tag states, "Cover made in China. Filled and finished in U.S.A. VERY disappointing and irritating that this wasn't disclosed on the ad.

Thank you for your interest in the Serta Super Pillowtop Pet Bed and to clean the pet bed you just need to un zip the cover and wash according to the care label located on the cover itself. I purchased this bed and have it in front of me...The tag says the cover is made in China and that the product was filled and finished in the USA. You should talk to your distributor about this. I will be happy to photograph the bed and tag for you if would like. beans93 on Dec 6, 2012
