best cage I ever bought
This is a large well-made cage for an excellent price. The gauge wire is nice and thick and the bar spacing wide enough for a large bird. I have a blue & gold macaw and would highly recommend this size cage for anyone with a similarly sized bird. I chose the black color and it has a lot of silver to it which was exactly what I wanted. I like the metallic look of the cage and believe it will blend better with any future decor changes. The cage ships in two large, heavy boxes. One of my boxes was undamaged but the larger of the two looked like UPS beat it up pretty badly. There was enough damage to the larger parts that I could not assemble the cage. UPS was no help and even hung up on me. I called Prevue for advice and the customer service lady there is the best! I told her which parts had damage and she shipped them out to me nicely packaged the next business day. I will always buy Prevue cages in the future.

beautiful cages, fairly easy assembly, birds LOVE
I have an African Gray and a yellow-nape, each about 25 years old. Realized their cages were too small. I purchased two of these cages and they were delivered in 5 days. All pieces were present in box and the quality (except one slight issue - tray edges slightly bent -- better packing wd have helped) is excellent. All other pieces were in great shape. The assembly was clearly documented in pictures and went well. (I wish companies like this would spring for an extra bolt and nut of each type, tho, just in case.) The only tool needed for assembly (a combination Allen wrench/screwdriver) is included in the package, which is very nice. The cages are beautiful and strong and our birds took to them right away. I would buy these again without hesitation.
