I have two bunnies that needed to be separated so I purchased the hutch. It is perfect for that. They have plenty of room. It was hard to figure out where to put the litter box because they love to turn it over. I used a corner litter box and tied it in with metal ties.The quality of the wood is fair. I don't think it would last long in the winter weather. I put 3 coats of polyurethane on it to protect it before I assembled it and then I keep it in a covered garage.. It was easy to assemble but you need two people. I also bought a titan 30in metal exercise pen so the bunnies can run around together. I love that product.They have the bunny life.

Overall I was not super happy because the item came broken in several places, but you pay for what you get. Overstock's low shipping cost made up for it. Since my boyfriend is a contractor, he was able to fix most of it. I figured to take the loss on it not being perfect, rather than pay for shipping to mail it back out and wait for another one. Since it is for my bunny rabbit, I let it go, if it was an item for in the house I would have definately been annoyed.
