We found this play pen to be more than what we expected! We use it in our mini van in lieu of carrying crates. We put two of our Schnauzer's in it to travel, with a quilt laid on the bottom, and they played and slept in this space. We would have to carry two crates if it weren't for this play pen. We love that it folds up so quickly and easily, and we can carry it to events. It is very light weight. The zip off top makes it easy to take one pet out at a time - or you can use the door. It comes with stakes to anchor it to the ground, which are easily stored in one of the two side pockets. It's sturdy - one of our Schnauzers jumped on top of it and walked across it. It started to fold in on one side, but it sprang back into place. We'll probably get another one and do away with crates in the car. I think this is one of the better made dog products on the market. The colors are complimentary too. We did an overnighter at a friends house and used this to crate our dogs at night. They were impressed at how compact it is and that it is so spacious for our dogs. Highly recommend this product if you travel with your pets. It is too small for a shepherd, but ideal for a Sheltie or smaller pet. It will fit two comfortably.

This is a great pen. We have a Jack Russell Terrior and the zip up lid is great since he can't jump out of it, but the velcro bottom is very annoying. It should be a zip bottom also. I like the convince of being able to take it out and wash, but the dog has figured out that the bottom comes undone, so if he digs he can remove the bottom and lift up the edge and go underneath....letting himself out. We have had to pile heavy objects on the top off the pen, in order to stop him from being able to slide out from underneath. I'm going to have to sewing in snaps or a zipper in order to stop him from doing this.

This is the best for puppy training, I prefer having my puppy in here than crate training. He had plenty of room and he was able to get the jist of potty training.

I purchased this for my female schnauzer who was pregnant. She gave birth to her puppies in it as well as whelped them with NO problems and so much less mess. I line the bottom with puppy pads but even if you don't it iso easy to clean. I ended up ordering another one I loved this so much. It folds up flat - no assemble required and is of very good quality. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I am up-set by the size of the play pen and the sole piece as well. I read in the description the sole piece should be sewed but not with scratch. My kitten run out by the sole!

We have a 7 week old puppy..This is perfect for me and sits in the corner of my kitchen where he can come and go from it.....(that is ...while I am in the room)...otherwise it is perfect for when I am doing things around the house I just zipper the door shut...I did added more velcro to secure the bottom...that was easy.I will use it in the back yard too ...especially when planting my garden.

We purchased this pen for our little dog who needed to be confined for 6 weeks post knee surgery. once she started to get better she was able to jump right out of the pen so having the zip on top was perfect. It is a good size for a small dog, (ours is 11 pounds), allowing for a little walk around room and food bowls. Everything is vinyl so it's easy to clean. Now that she has recovered we still are using the pen because she loves it! It has become her little sanctuary and we can fold it up and take it with us anywhere. A very good value!

Great for crate training when you want a soft, easy for travel system. Even when I leave it opened, Brewster goes in when he wants to nap. I would recommend a larger size

We have a Pomeranian (less than five pounds) and when we take him places with us, this is his "play pen." It's big enough for him to play in. We have been using it constantly for 6 months and it looks brand new. The removable floor is very nice. We use it when we're inside, just in case there is an accident, but not outside so he can enjoy the grass. It's very easy to fold up and super portable. I'm not sure it would stand up to the jumping of a big dog, but it's perfect for smaller dogs or puppies. Easy to clean, easy to use. This is a great product.

We used this to transport 3 cats from AZ to NJ. We used cardboard to create 3 separate areas for each cat with a common area for them where we put a small kitty litter and their water. It worked great except that the floor is velcro and if you try to move the pen for any reason with the animals in it the floor would come apart. Overall though it did the job.

We are extremely pleased with this softside playpen. We often travel with our little dogs and this keeps them contained. Outside you can detach the removable bottom...but can have it in while inside...and it is waterproof...so no accidents on your floors. There is a removable zippered top which is also a nice option . And I love the pouch on the side...stores a couple of leashes and a package of treats with room to spare. Plus this folds up and stores in a really nice carrying case...super easy to travel with and to store when not in use. I would highly recommend this for individuals with small dogs or someone who needs to contain puppies or even a new mom and her litter.

I bought this play pen for our new grandpuppy, a 2.5lb Morkie. He really likes it and so do I. It's a great size for puppies, lightweight with its own carrybag and very versatile. Didn't know if I would like the removable bottom and top, but I can definitely see the advantages now that we've started using it. I had purchased a more expensive, heavier and less versatile playpen from a local pet store, but returned it when I received this one.

So much better than a crate for training your pup!

I have 2 puppies, and this is wonderful for them! It is easy to travel around with, just line the bottom with puppy pads. I know this will be used for years to come. Love this!! Even has an opening for a watterbottle to be hooked up!

I have a larger pen at home for my dog, but it was too big to put in my office at work. This fits nicely under a table I have and had enough room in it for her bed and a weewee pad. She is comfortable in it and likes to see everything. I highly recommend this type of pen for a puppy. My dog is a 3 1/2 month Shih Tzu. It's perfect for her and she could use it when she is full grown.
