  • Do not buy this product; it's useless

    I bought this product for my two dogs. They won't go near it. The green material that looks like grass is actually a weird plastic mesh. Unless you are a professional dog trainer and can make your dogs "go" exactly where you want them to, don't waste your money on this product. Plus, the manufacturer will not refund your money. I wasted my money on this useless product.

  • Excellent for apartment living

    We have a mini dachshund which are known to be difficult to train. We got our pup when he was 4mo and he was using the Piddle Place in 2 weeks. Now he uses it all the time (for wees only). We live in an apartment and the Piddle place sits on the balcony. The valve stout makes it super easy to clean. I would recommend draining and cleaning it every few days so that it doesn't start to smell but other than that I think it's a great product and would highly recommend!

  • Poor product and customer service

    Used item per manufactures suggestions. The bio chemical put off foul order not to mention which brought up question about the product being environmentally safe. There is an spray that you spray on turf which I did however dog tracked urine and feces all over the floor. Not sanitary or safe. Turf was disgusting to clean as feces stuck to it. The Picture that attaches in the grooves in the piddle place which is cardboard and does not fit well inside the grooves on the piddle place base. The manufacture states this is for male dogs to raise their leg however, it is obvious that this would not hold up being cardboard. I suggest that you stay away from this product as it is unsanitary and poorly made.

    My yorkie didn't like it. He used the floor instead of the system. When i put his puppy pads down beside it he used those instead on the piddle place pet relief system. I guess it's just your puppies preference.

    I was surprised how well the item was engineered. It was quite low to the ground and my puppy had no difficulty stepping up to explore the padded area. He actually seems very interested in the texture of the mat, but finally walked off the pad. About 3 minutes later, he was back on the mat and used it (urinated). He now uses it when necessary but still spends time sniffing even if he does not use it. I am pleased with my purchase.

  • The best thing I've ever purchased!!

    This is worth every penny. It works exactly as advertised and is really that simple. My 9 pound dog loves it and started using it with no problems...she was previously trained to a much inferior grass pad/tray before buying this. No smell after a month of using this, the enzyme spray and solution are apparently very effective. Easy to clean and you don't feel like you need to shower afterwards like other reusable trays. Very sturdy construction, all made in America. I highly recommend!!

  • I wish my dog would use it

    This product is as advertised. I can't quite understand why it's as pricey as it is, unless it's just because of the concept. I must say that Overstock offers it for less money than the "official" website because you can order it without a bunch of little add-ons that you don't really need. My only problem is that my dog won't use it. She walks on it, sniffs it and walks away. She just waits until I finally give up and take her to the yard. I have it on a deck that's fenced so that someday I can just let her out the back door. That's the plan anyway. As far as the actual product though, it's sturdy and well made, and looks like it will last for years.
