Dog Happy
Yes, the dog loves his new door. Yes, I am also happy because it relieves me of supervised potty breaks. The O's price is very good. Well known pet chain store has priced this item much higher. I did hire someone to install as carpentry is not my forte and it took him slightly less than two hours. This door has double flaps of substantial weight and metal framing (eliminating the need to frame out the opening with wood). The locking door is sturdy. My 60 lb lab fits easily through the LARGE size door.

I love Doggie Doors
We already had a pet door, but were needing to upgrade to a larger one. My husband was able to install it in an afternoon. We had issues with the previous one leaking (I don't know if it was a same wbrand or not) so we did use a waterproof foam stuff between the house and the frame on the pet door for extra weather protection. We are very happy with this product, much better than the last door we had. Very much like that there are 2 flaps instead of one for even more weather protection. And of course my furry children love it too.

This product came highly recommended all over the net. Overstock.com has the best price of course. I had someone else install it because I am not that adept. The large size is perfect for my 85 pound dog. He loves it and I now have peace of mind.

Wall Entry Pet Door
Saved $60 through OS. My savings paid for the saw, saw blade and drill my husband needed (wink, wink) for the installation. We should have ordered the wall extension, ended up framing the inside. Challenging for novices! HA! It took approx 4 hrs to install trhough a brick wall. I got a bid from a "professional", and he said it would take 4 hrs for him. Love it, having a pet door has given us ALL freedom.

4 dogs use it
Our 4 small dogs have long legs and use the larger pet door more comfortably than a small one. This door's double flaps are a challenge for my dogs, so I wind up clipping the inner flap open to ease their entry. The double flaps do insulate quite well.

Great door but may need some added support
We purchased this door for our 3 dogs. Two of them are 80-100 lbs and the other about 30 lbs. The installation was very easy and the directions were mostly easy to read. The one complaint I have is that the flap section is just screwed into the plastic frame. If your animals fly through the door like mine do, they will more than likely strip out the screws and the flap will fall off. We were able to fix it with a few dollars in parts from our local hardware store by remounting the flap sections with bolts that will hold better.

Exactly what I needed....
I knew what i was getting, but none the less the first one i have is still in use... you will need to replace the flaps every 5 years or so though.

life will never be the same
Almost wish I had bought door sooner. My dogs haven't had any accidents since installing. The only problem I have is the mud they keep tracking in because they are in and out every ten minutes. They love it.

LIFESAVER!!! will never go without a dog door now
I cannot believe i second guessed getting this door. we have 3 basset mixes and a fenced yard. this door made potty training our puppy totally effortless once it was installed. We couldn't find the kit for thicker walls anywhere so we improvised with some add on's bought at home depot, but after all was said and done everything was great. Totally blocks all weather outside and the flaps are super durable. i recommend this to everyone with dogs.
