    This item was a piece of garbage and since I could not return it I just threw it in the trash. Don't waste you money. Either spend the money on a good self-cleaning machine or do it the old fashioned way. There just are no words to express how p.o.'d I am that overstock would even sell such a piece of junk.

    This is not as care free as advertised. You still have to use both hands to push the rake. You can't get the bag too full or the mess overflows. You have to use the spatula to scrape the box before raking because the rake doesn't get it all, especially the urine that is clumped to the bottom of the box

    • Hello mummymama2ice, this one is not electric. This has a lever on the side you pull to push forward the scoop. I use to have an electric one and hated it. It would get stuck on the clumps then make a horrible pounding sound really loud. Have a great day!
