  • Great-except tray and hinges.

I did alot of research before purchasing this hutch. I waited for a 20% off coupon from Overstock before ordering. This hutch is fabulous, except when I purchased it last year it was shown with a black tray. Instead, I received a galvanized looking one which woud be to hot in Ohio. I removed the tray and installed black plastic hardware wire on the floor instead. When they eat the grass we just move the cage. We keep our two guinea pigs outside when it is not too hot or too cold. They are most happy in this hutch outside eventhough their indoor huch is a fabulous 6ft x 3ft CC cage. The other issues is that the door lock hinges rust and should be made of a rust proof material. Other than that it is fabulous and has held up well.

We love this product and our chickens do too !!! I did a lot of searching on the internet as well as going to different pet and feed stores. This is our first attempt at raising chickens. The chickens seem very comfortable in it (we have 3 chickens) It is roomy enough and when we let them out to free range they will happily return to it !! The product came with all the parts and instructions. We are ordering the attachable run to add to it !!! It is great that this option is available. The prices are great, much better than anywhere we looked.

This is our first coop and fist experience with raising chickens. It was perfect for our baby chicks but is too small for 3 grown chickens. I did not trust it to proect my chickens, so I moved them into the garage each night. The top 2 hinges are poorly constructed and broke apart after 1 week of use, the roof sections just sit on top of the coop. I don't nail the roof down so I can clean inside. Inside easy to clean, bottom of the coop, under the "house" more difficult, I have to tip the coop to reach under it. Very small coop, but perfect for inside baby chicks. After 6 months, I'm shopping for a larger more sturdy coop, would recommend buying a larger one to start. You get what you par for in this case.

Stray Cat  from Sanborn, NY, Rating:5.0

I bought this to shelter 4 stray cats. I am very happy with the size, and quality. I am not leaving it outdoors though, I am keeping it in an attached garage, so the cats can come in through a dog door opening and go inside this so they do not have access to the rest of my garage. We were going to build something, but for the money, ease of assembly and the fact it is aractive and not an eye sore, makes it all worth it. We can move this outside during summer months which I like that too. If I were to leave it out side, I would give it a coat of good sealer to help protect it more and help it last longer.
