Good Carrier, good size
Well constructed, I like that this has an entry on top rather on the side. Its easier to shove in my cat who never wants to go into anything but an empty cardboard box! Wheels could be bigger though because a few times the carrier lost its balance and fell over. Great colors. Cat seems comfortable in it; enough room.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. good quality, wheels too small; carrier turns over sometimes. Bergen Comfort Carrier has incredible stong wheels 360 turn, perfect balance. I suggest you look into this product. Best price at PetGuys. I would have bought that over yours because of those incredible wheels but their carrier was too small for my voluminous furred Persian cat.

Fits my dog really well
I like the fact that it has a top opening to access instead of just a side opening. Perfect size for my big Chihuahua.

Great quality. We have Maine Coon cats and this may be a tad small for them but it will work. Very good quality for the price.

Smells like shower curtain
I was really excited to get this carrier for my dog. Unfortunately, it reeked of plastic outgassing so badly that I had to put it on the porch before I could repackage to return. I could barely breathe! I wrote the company and asked them to let me know when a version without the outgassing plastic became available. It is like those cheap plastic shower curtains! I don't want to get sick OR make my dog sick by using this product. overall design was good.

Very nice
Got the pacific blue and red ones for my 2 cats of 12 pounds each. When pulling, one kept turning over. My cats like being in them, althpugh they seem small to me. But perhaps they like the coziness. The vet office really admired the carriers and they see all kinds. One cat even jumped in it to play several times before we used it for a vet trip. Good pirchase.
