Great size for my small dog - 14 lb. Chihuahua!
This is much more dog friendly than the hard plastic carrier I was using. This easily fits in the back seat with my two other dogs and keeps my dog in her cage while we are traveling. It also helps because she is very anxious in the car and she seems much calmer being in this carrier.

**Awesome for Pets***
I was a little skeptical about purchasing this item at first, but decided to try it . My Bishon doggie was sliding all over the place while in the car due to him only weighing about 5 lbs. This safety seat is added security to our travels and even can be removed and zipped up as a carrying case through the airport. I am so pleased with it. I will be purchasing one for my sister at xmas.
