Light weight, sturdy, fussy dog uses it! Had to put this together. It's not hard. Just sayin'. It has carpet so it is non slip and is very wide based so sturdy. Got it for my 10 year old, short legged dog who isn't as spry as once was. Put her on leash to show her it was ok to get onto it.....she tried to go around it at first, but, after that, no problem. Using it to get her into SUV. Great.

I purchased two sets of stairs, I have a 17 year old Rat Terr. who no longer can jump up on the couch or bed, as she is always by me (I am disabled for past 12 years) I have to bend to pick her up, my back is a major part of my disability so I need stairs so she can climb up herself with no pain to her at all. I would do anything for any of my fur children, I have three my Rat Terr., a 7 year old Beautiful Boxer and a 9 almost 10 months old Blue Nose Razor Back Pitt Bull puppy. They are my heart and keep my spirits high and my humor in tact. And at times they make it totally ok to be CRAZY!!!!ha ha!

Mu lab has no hip sockets and has to be lifted to get on the bed. She's 6 and the steps we"ve found are all clothe and they just smash down, would this be a perfect fit for her. The plastic seems like it would be perfect for her but would like feedback from anyone who has bought this product. She has complete hip displasia. This would be a blessing to her. Thanks.
