I bought the medium-sized one on a friend's recommendation and like it. Really pulled alot of hair , from my English Mastiff and Chihuahua both. Amazing how much hair comes out. The blade is sharp, but dogs seem to like being combed out, doesn't hurt them. Sturdy build, nice grip.

I bought one a year ago. The medium is a flexible size for my small dog and my large dog--and I can get in a few swipes on the cat when he's feeling cooperative. On my mutt with German shepherd type coat, it removes the undercoat very effectively, leaving him sleek and shiny and much more comfortable for the summer. It's also easier now to get him bathed since the soap and water can get down to his skin. I have also used it on a short haired dog, a long haired dog, and the cat. I certainly hesitated to spend so much on "just a brush," but it's NOT "just a brush"! Watch for sale prices at the pet outlets.

The FURminator is by far the best dog brush ever! I would have bought mine here however they were sold out. You can buy them at ******** for a good price as well. Everytime i brush my dog i pull out about 2 other dogs worth of hair. It is great and amazing and i am so glad that i bought one.

Your pets will actually run to you and fight over who is going to get brushed. Mine do. It doesn't hurt them at all. It gets out the undercoat, all dead fur and/or hair (depending on your breeds or cat and/or dog) and untangles any matting they may have with gentle ease. My furry babies see this tool, and they come running to me to use it.

This is the best dog brush I've ever used. I have a Labradoodle and ridiculously fluffy Border Collie mix. The doodle has fairly thin, wirey hair... it works ok on her. On the Collie... amazing! I've never brushed to the point that it stopped removing hair (my arm always gives in first!) Other brushes will only take off so much; this gets everything. I rated down slightly on safety because it is a sharp brush and you should be careful not the brush too hard. Other than that, you're carpet and allergies can't afford not to use this brush. Very worth the money.

I can't believe how great this product works. My Rottweiller sheds constantly and this tool has reduced the loose hair considerably. I would definitely recommend it!

Okay... I resisted many times on other opportunities to purchase this item. BUT, who can resist at this price!!! I love this thing! We have hardwood floors and fighting the dog hair battle everyday!!! But this has reduced it to nearly nothing. Now, if I can only catch her in the act of sleeping on the sofa after we are all in bed... If you are wondering how safe it is to use, don't. It is safe enough for me to use it and can you really say no to cutting down on your vacuuming? This is the lowest price I have seen anywhere. Don't waste your money on other products that will end up costing you more in the end. This is it! I am really glad that I got it!

I was apprehensive about purchasing this product as it is a little pricey. The Furminator turned out to be the best grooming tool that I have ever used for my dogs. I used to get enough loose hair each day to make another dog when I brushed my dogs. After 3 days use with the Furminator the amount of loose hair has greatly lessened. I find very little loose dog hair around the house, not like before. Even my friends have noticed how little hair comes off of the dogs when they pet them.I would highly recommend this product to anyone. It is well worth the price.

Finally I have a brush that does a beautiful job on my Golden Retriever! Clears out the under coat and leaves a great top coat. Less hair is now all over the house as she enjoys being brushed with it. Wish I had one years ago when I first got her!! I find that the "medium" one works perfectly and is easy to handle.

I absolutely love it! I use the comb on both of my cats and my dog. Not only do the three of them enjoy being combed but the amount of fur that I am able to remove from them is amazing. Even my house looks cleaner!

This works great on my cat. He enjoys it and it makes his coat so shiny and soft. Definitely helps keep the shedding to a minimum when used regularly.

pulls the undercoat off like no brush/shedding comb I've ever tried. Does it without grabbing and pulling and irritating the dog as well. may seem pricey but is really efficient and sturdy. Dog likes it and saves me time.... Not to mention less to vacuum.

After 6 dogs and useless combs and brushes..I am TOTALLY sold on this product. Wish I had one of these years ago! When Im done on my medium haired dogs the birds in the neighborhood are estatic! Tons of hair you had no idea you missed...I cant say enough about this product.
