Only dog collar I use!
I would never use any other dog collar on my goldens. Their long hair does not get caught anyware in the collar. MOST of all, I have the control of a choke collar the few times I need it without having a heavy chain around my dogs' necks. Plenty of colors for each dog. I hope yiou will always have them available. BEST collar for any dog.

Great made-in-USA quality
This is very well made and sturdy. I have it on my 45-lb maniac dog and it is somewhat successful at getting him not to pull, which is better than anything else I've tried. Seems comfortable for him for everyday use, too. Buy American!

Elegant neck requires Martingale collar
My standard Manchester Terrier has a long thin neck and virtually no "fur." Standard collars-- even the most expensive-- can roll up over her ears if/when she backs up, is occasionally reluctant to follow my lead. Although not 'fancy,' this type collar is functional and SAFE, keeping Kasha in my control as it naturally tightens up, preventing "slippage" and keeping her where she belongs. (Especially in a neighborhood with some careless pet owners whose dogs run off-leash despite local laws! It's extremely important to keep our babies safely in our hands, yes?) (hint: buy it to match your leash; looks nicer that way...) (4 stars only due to its 'functional,' not glamorous style)

Great when walking two large, energetic dogs!
I have two large (50-60 pound) dogs that are fairly 'independent' when it comes to our walks-- they're good on the leash, until a squirrel or rabbit comes into view. I had a smaller version of this same collar for one of the dogs but couldn't find anything like them at my local pet supply stores. I was thrilled to see these and bought two and I am very happy with their quality and their effectiveness. They are sturdier than I expected, which is a good thing, and the colors are bright and true-to-the-picture. I've used them multiple times daily for a month now and they're holding up well. Time will tell, but I foresee buying more in the future.

Dog collar
We really like this collar because it is wider than nylon chokers we have used in the past, more durable and self-loosening when not attached to the leash.

Buyer Beware
This is NOT a martingale collar - it's made completely wrong to be a martingale collar. I returned it because, in my mind, if it doesn't work, it's DEFECTIVE. But Overstock charged me for returning it. DON'T BUY THIS COLLAR. I've volunteered at an animal shelter - I've used martingales MANY MANY times. This collar is junk.

if you have a dog with a small head this is the collar for you!!! i have a husky mix and her head is smaller than her neck and her collars kept falling off. not with this one! i can keep it loose on her neck so it doenst bother her and it tightens up when you put the leash on it.just great!! couldn't be happier!

Choke Chain Free
This collar acts like a "choke chain" except without the metal chain. It seems comfortable for the pet, allows them some freedom, easier to put on than a choke chain and helps correct pulling. If you have a very large breed I would not recommend this. It probably would not get them to stop pulling. If you don't like the idea of a choke chain this is the product for you. Word of caution, puppies that chew will probably need more than one to get through that stage. I purchased one collar and my german shep puppy chewed some of it. I now take it completely off when he is in his crate.
