Majestic Pet Bagel-style Khaki 52-inch Dog Bed

As many other reviewers have pointed out this is a big bed! Comfortably fits my two dogs (one is 50 pounds and one is 75 pounds). They love to rest their chins on the nice high sides and look very cozy. My only concern is finding a washing machine that it will fit into!

After reading the other reviews, we ordered this bed for our large Pit Bull. First of all, the padding is all in the rim of the bed, making it extremely bulky. The part that the dog actually occupies is thin and lumpy. Of our four dogs, the only dog that will sleep in it is our small JRT. My husband keeps trying to force the other dogs in it, but they won't stay more than a few minutes before moving to the floor or another available bed.. Then we discovered that the cover does not come off for laundering. We have never had a dog bed before that we can't wash the covering and we like to keep the beds clean since they are in our home. This was just a huge waste of money and I can't wait to replace it.

We have only had this since Friday, but my dog adores it! It has some kind of magical properties that entice him to curl up in it and sleep, and sleep and never get tired of sleeping. I highly recommend. I have a Doberman puppy, 70 lbs. This bed fits him perfectly. When he curls up, he could share with two others his size. Stretched out, he can hang off the ends, but he really doesn't care, as long as some portion of his body is touching it :) As for durability, I can't say since we've only had it a few days, but I love that it does NOT have a zipper since my dog likes to unzip covers and pull the stuffing out. I will probably just air it out and spray with Febreeze inbetween washings.

My two 75 pound dogs finally outgrew the square memory foam beds I had previously purchased from Overstock so I thought I would try to find something bigger. Mission completed - these beds are huge! I purchased two 52 inch dog beds and it was love at first sight for my dogs. When they lie in them they look like puppies because they only take up half of the bed and there is plenty of leg room to stretch out and not hang off the bed. They are well crafted, were delivered quickly from the manufacturer, securely packaged and a wonderful asset to any home with a large dog that needs a large bed. Definitely worth the cost.
