pkjames from Seattle, Rating:5.0This is an excellent product. It is very well made -- sturdy and not likely to crack. High sides keep litter inside. Corner design is great.

ikescrumbs from Piney woods of East Texas, Rating:5.0Love this litter box!! Except for a few small poo bits, this keeps the box clean & I only smell it just before emptying it. I simply use the manual scoop once in a while, as needed. I did have some trouble assembling it, but after several tries, got it put together. It is a bit noisy, but not as noisy as my grumbling from when I had to do the scooping. My cat is a mad scratcher & i have to sweep from one corner daily. Not a problem. Love the little bags!

cusi66 from Richmond, VA, Rating:4.0It works well and is a good size, but the first time my cat heard the noise, she refused to go near it anymore, which created a sudden problem of peeing on the rug. This took weeks to cure, but nothing I can do will make her use this box. For the price, I would not suggest that another pet owner take this risk.

mds95008 from Silicon Valley, CA, Rating:2.0We've had this litter box for about 6 months now and looking to replace it since we are not happy with it. We bought it based on a 5-star review but after months of using it; we'd give it a 2-star on performance. Here are what we don't like about this litter box: 1) It does not scoop up the poops reliably, it misses about half of the time; sometime, somehow, the poops even ended up on the edge of the litter box! 2) It is cumbersome to clean. 3) It does not have a cover (you can't even buy one for it) so odor is not contained 4) It waits 15 minutes between detection of a cat in the litter to scooping; that is way too long for the urine/poop to be sitting in the box smelling up the entire laundry room. Plus we have dogs that are very curious and want to get in the litter box and this is a big issue. It wish this was a programmanble feature. 5) The scooping motor is quite loud. After months of using the litter; we find ourself doing more work from manually scooping half of the time...

opalcd from Apex, NC, Rating:4.0I have had other brand name self-scooping litter boxes in the past, and they tend to leave waste behind after scooping. This litter box scoops well, which I suspect is due to the metal scooper mechanism (other companies use plastic). The only problem I have had so far is the noise of the motor when scooping. It is louder than other scooping litter boxes I have owned. The true test will be if the motor lasts. I have had it in operation for a month, and it's been consistent. I am hoping it outlasts other department store bands.
