My labs absolutely love this bed. I orginally purchased one of these beds in the chocolate color. It was such a hit that I decided to order a seond one. Unfortunately chocolate was no longer available, but the green has worked out just fine. It is hard to tell the shade of green from the picture, but it is acually kind of an olive green color. When I can't find one of my dogs they are usually in the bedroom lying one of their memory foam beds. It has been dificult to keep them off my bed in the past, but I've had tremendous progress since purchasing these memory foam beds for them. I definately recommend this bed...especially for labs--they always seek out the most comfortable place. For them this bed is it!

I bought the Large Green Microfiber Memory Foam Pet Bed for my 10 year old lab since arthritis has started to set in. She wants nothing to do with it and spends her time sprawled on the tile. However, my 5 year old lab loves it! We used to have issues with him getting up on our bed but not any longer (which in and of itself was worth the cost!) I could not find this bed any cheaper ANYWHERE once you factored in the shipping at other places. I am happy with the quality, happy with the color and assume the durability will hold up to my 100 pound dog. Even though the foam is only 3", his weight does not squish it so much that he touches the ground - there is still cusioning even with his weight.

I'm getting ready to order another bed since I love the one I've got. All my dogs rush to get to it first so we definitely need another one. It's great for an older, arthritic dog since it's both soft and supportive. I've learned a trick to keep the memory foam from getting soiled under the cover. When I get a new dog bed I remove the cover and take a large garbage bag and wrap it around the inner part of the bed. I seal the bag with duct tape and then slide the bed back inside the cover. That way I can launder the cover whenever it gets soiled and even if one of my dogs has an accident on the cover it won't leak through to the bed itself. When I wash the cover I also change the garbage bag. It's a very cheap and easy way to keep the inner part of the bed fresh and clean.

My dog loves his new bed he will sleep on it in any room in the house but the one I bought it for.In that room nothing but the whole couch will do.It is the perfect size for my black lab and very comfortable(I tried it myself).We use it when we travel with him. It is light and easy to keep clean.

My dog is 12 years old. She has a bad hip. She loves her bed, which is next to my bed. It looks good on the carpet, which is a bonus. Thank you, Overstock.com

This dog bed is like memory foam with a terrific cover that is easy to vac and seems easy to wash. My dog loves it and so do I.

My 70lb pit bull mix is 10 years old and is slowing down. I really wanted to get her an orthopedic bed to ease the pressure on her joints. I actually didn't order this bed 1st. Another reviewer mentioned they thought that the bed was too thin. I ordered a different type from a website that just sold ortho beds. I got a call from the owner who said they didn't have the bed and blah, blah. We spoke about diff beds and he said memory foam was the best. I said some of the thicknesses didn't seem substantial enough and the thicker ones are just too expensive. After talking with him I decided to get this bed (I felt a little badly for not giving him my business though). I got two, one for my office and one for home. I figured if one wasn't thick enough I would just but one on top of the other for home. I didn't need to, the 3¿ is fine. The 1st night she slept the night through on the bed, didn¿t even get up to try to get in our bed as she usually does. She paws at the office bed a lot, trying to nest in it. I think this is because she doesn¿t really sleep in the office (too much going on) she just hangs out on it. I have had these beds for over a month now and definitely recommend them, it is an extremely good price compared to what else is out there. I hope this helps, I did a lot of research! Also the green is a great color, she is red and sheds quite a bit, you can barely tell by looking at the bed.

I have been looking for some beds that all six of my animals would enjoy. I have an 150 pound, 10 month old english mastiff puppy, three housecats, a chihuahua/terrier mix, and a sheltie/miniature pinscher mix, so finding beds suitable for all of them has been a chore. I bought one of these, and it is the best product I have found so far. Everyone loves it and takes turns sleeping on it, and it has held up for over six months now with no problems and is still going strong. I am going to purchase another one of these, as while the bed is very comfortable for my mastiff now, it will be a bit too thin for her full grown 200 pounds. I'll also probably buy a few extras so there is no more competition for who gets the bed. It hides dog/cat hair exeptionally well, and the color is even a prettier dark sage/olive then it is in the picture. It is very nice, and isn't one of those beds that is clunky or looks like it takes up the whole room. My house is decorated in mostly victorian-style, and is kept very clean, and this doesn't look out of place at all. I'd recommend this bed for anyone who has large or multiple pets, or someone who has just one animal that they love to spoil. Thanks, Overstock!

I am thrilled to see this bed is on sale today because I came back to buy another one and would have been satisfied paying $$ that I spent on the first one I bought here at overstock. I have a 15 year old Cocker Spaniel that is blind, deaf, and walks on 3 legs due to arthritis......this bed offers her such comfort....and is easy for her to get up onto and off of...........I actually bought another orthopedic bed here that cost me over a hundred dollars but is harder for her to climb up onto....so back for this bed....her other bed is still in fine shape but she has peed on it and it smells...when I get the new one I will put one of those mattress covers that you can buy for bedwetters to protect the bed.......

We bought this dog bed to use in the back of our Toyota Rav4. It fit perfectly and almost exactly matched the interior of the car. It is thick and very comfortable and our elderly lab is quite comfortable going for rides with us. This is a great dog bed!

I have a 13 year old golden who is quite picky...he absolutely loves this bed. I'm never comfortable taking the covers off to wash thinking that they will never fit back on etc. I washed the cover and it was so easy to get back on...it was a joy! I wish they would come back into stock so I can get a few more. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I purchased this for one of my dogs who was getting old and tired. She spent her last moments on this bed before I had to take her for her last ride. I was glad that I made the purchase for her because it made her comfortable. My other dog (her 11 y.o. 'pup') uses it regularly now. A good purchase.

I've given this pet bed four stars rather than five because, although it is a nice, deep, comfortable bed for our aging dog, It is described as temperature activated. I've sat on it myself and like the memory foam comfort but it's not cool. I wouldn't have described the color as "green" but the dark sage is a pleasant shade and the dark brown top is actually the color I wanted. it a generous size and, although he doesn't lie on it much, I think our dog likes it! Yes, I would recommend it to any dog.

The company was great, it was shipped very quickly. So far I am happy with the bed, my dog seems to like it. He is 13 years old and sleeps throughout the night on the bed and does not seem to be in any added pain after sleeping on it. I love the size of it! I love the option for a cooler side or a warmer side, right now the cooler side is really nice having in the summer. I would highly recommend this product to a friend.

I bought three of these beds for my geriatric dogs, and they love them. I found the quality to be good for the price.

I purchased 2 of the Memory Foam beds for my Labs. One is 11 with bad knees and the other is 6. The beds did have a smell the first couple of days like another person had said, but it went away. My 2 labs have no problem sleeping on them now. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish they would have been thicker. It is a great price and I would buy 2 more.

These beds are nice & thick, a great value for the price. The green color is kind of muted, which I like. The dogs seem to really like them as well. And having the option of microfiber or fleece side up is very nice, will work out well in the winter.

OUR DOG IS GETTING OLDER AND NEEDS MORE SUPPORT. HE IMMEDIATELY GOT INTO THE BED AND HAS ENJOYED IT EVER SINCE. THE MATTRESS HAS A BIT MORE SUPPORT AND DOES HELP A DOG WITH ACHES AND PAINS WAKE UP REFRESHED.

My dog seems to really like this bed - she slept on it all night the first night I got it, without any encouragement on my part. I like that I can flip it over to the microfiber side for warmer weather. The color is nice, too.

I would recommend this bed. it easily fits my 60 pound dog and he loves it.
