I ordered this bed several months ago for my aging lab. His hips aren't what they used to be and I bought him several of the "other" types of beds which didn't seem to help the pain. He loves this bed! No more moans and groans and he rests peacefully. We recently added a new bulldog puppy to the household and she also likes the bed and barks when he's on it. So, I'm back to order one for her. By the way if you read the product description, you wash the COVER, not the bed! Memory foam can be washed, just not in a washing machine.

I bought 2 of these beds last month. One for each dog. They both love them. The color is a beatiful burgandy, and one side is fleece for winter time. The cover is also washable. My Boxer is allergic to cedar so I was looking for something comfortable for him. So many poly fill beds don't hold their shape for very long. My older Blue Healer mix loves this bed. We keep it our bedroom and she whines when she is ready for bed.

My greyhounds just love this bed. I think it would be great bed for any large breed dog.

My dog has hip problems. We were having a hard time getting her comfortable on certain days. She loves this bed and goes to it immediately when she is wanting to lay down. Great value. Delivery was right on time.

The shipping was quick, the process of ordering through "O" was perfect! The foam on the bed is very thick, perfectly shaped and lays flat on my floors. It is substantial and the weight feels good when you pull it out of the box. It laid flat right out of the box which was real nice. It is made of really nice smooth material on one side and fuzzy like on the other. The fuzzier side is why I gave a 4 on durability...mainly because my dogs are able to get their puppy front teeth on the pile and pull little bits off so the bits are on my carpet every morning. It isn't a problem on the smoother side but the dirt shows up much worse on that side. They are very easy to unzip and wash, dry and replace though. I love them and so do the dogs who will eventually be 50 to 100 pounds and will appreciate the comfort of the foam...I have already taken a nap on two of them side by side each other on the treadmill and they are very comfortable!

What a great bed! I have two greyhounds, one age 8 and one age 4. They both love it. So much in fact, I have ordered a 2nd, this time in sage. The quality is excellent and I recommend this item.

Bought this for my sons 10+ year old dog. The large size fits perfectly in her corner hallway "bedroom". They placed her large oval bed on top of this memory foam bed, and it is perfect! She loves her new cushy bed. The other beds stuffing had separated inside creating a "nesting" area and not much cushioning between the floor and her. Now she can still have a "nesting" area (which she loved) plus a good soft but firm base between the floor and her. She now chooses to lay on her bed instead of laying anywhere on the floor during the day. My older grand-dog is happy and I am happy to help her be comfortable through her senior years.

I purchased three dog beds from you they last along time.

The bed and cover are extremely well made. The dog absolutely loves it as it is comfortable and supportive. It maintains its shape after many uses and is a good size for my 75 pound labrador retriever. I don't think any human or dog would regret this purchase. I haven't personally tried sleeping on it yet but I am certainly tempted.

This was our second Overstock Microfiber Memory Foam Bed purchase. Our two Big dogs floved to rip fabfic and pull the 'fuzzy stuff' out of their earlier beds. Miss "destructo" is now one year old (Giant Schnauzer X), never even nibbled the fabric, and she has room to spare. The first Memory Foam Bed is like new ((survived babyhood unscathed), and is good looking enough to be in our entryway (for comfort while our Lab is "on guard sleeping").

We had one memory foam mat for our two dogs to lay on in the sun, we noticed that they were waiting for each other to get off of it so that one could grab it from the other. So, it was time to break down and purchase another one. After checking local pet supply stores, we found that they were well over $100. for a large size. This one at Overstock is excellent quality, an inch taller in thickness that our old one. Our dogs now rush to see who gets the new bed! As usual, Overstock shipped promptly and there were no transaction problems.

Purchased this bed for my German Shepherd...Its not large enough for him by any stretch of the imagination. It seems comfortable enough though but for all you large breed dogs out there, you'll need something larger. Cannot be hassled with the return procedure so will donate it to my local animal charity so some lucky four legged friend can enjoy it!

It took some time for my 14 year old Akita to get used to this bed, but she loves it now! Before she was sleeping on pillows, but they would move when she moved around. She doesn't seem to have a hard time getting up from her bed now either. Even though she's been sleeping on it about two weeks, I have not had an opportunity to wash it yet, but I just ordered another one for my Corgi/Lab X in a different color. Other people's reviews really did make up my mind which bed to order, and I hope this is helpful to someone else as well.

I have a Great Swiss Mountain dog (150lbs) and a Black and Tan Coonhound (100lbs) and they both took to these beds immediately. I never hear them rustling around at night since we bought these beds. Both dogs sleep in our room and I use to hear them during the night, but not any more. Great Value, Quality made! I'm very happy with them!!!

It was everything they said it would be. Good place for the dog to nap in comfort.

I got one of these in the dark green color to see if the dogs would actually gravitate to the memory foam bed as opposed to their traditional stuffed dog beds. They love it. So much so that if one got up for any reason the other would immediately throw himself down on it. After watching this behavior for a couple of days I got back online and picked up one in burgundy since the green was sold out. Also a huge hit and they each have their own, now. They are big dogs (one is 80 pounds, the other 105 pounds) and after weeks of constant use the foam is showing no signs of breaking down (the batting in their other beds was beaten down within the week). The only negative comment I would make is that the fuzzy side of the cover sheds like crazy (flipped it over and seems to have remedied the problem). Also that the green one we got seems to be completely colorfast but the burgundy one is leaving pale pink smudges on the baseboards. Washed the cover and it bled quite a lot so we'll see if that rectifies the problem. Either way, the dogs love it so much I would not give it up for anything. WAY cheaper than anywhere else I priced them, too!

My dogs LOVE this bed. They take turns lying on it. Sometimes all three crowd onto it. My older Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier has some joint problems. She immediately claimed this bed and prefers it to her previous special spot (the sofa). Have not yet tried to wash the cover. Overall this is a great bed. The only problem is I may have to purchase two more.
