I bought this carrier for my 11-week old kitten, Gino. He fits in it fine for now, but he will outgrow it soon. I was hoping it would be large enough to last throughout his adult life, but that will not be the case. Another problem I have with this pouch is that the top closes (loosely) by draw string and Gino can easily jump out. It is not secure at all. However, the concept of the carrier is great (a forward-facing book bag). It allows me to see Gino at all times and get him in and out in a cinch. It is made very well and the sides of the carrier are made of mesh, which is great for Gino's curiosity. Overall, I'd like to return it becasue it doesn't fulfill my needs entirely but because of shipping costs, I might be better off selling it in a garage sale or something similar.
