It was fun to try but my aim and/or strength were so bad the ball often hit the frame as it exited the launcher. It is probably just me, not the product. I was hoping to send the ball farther to get the dog more exercise but I can throw it just as far without the launcher as I could with the launcher. I don't regret spending the money but it did not turn out to work well for me. If you are more coordinated than I am, you might love the product. I am looking for a more open slingshot -type ball launcher. My dog is big, my yard is big and long and narrow but my shoulder is old and my aim and my hand (arm) -eye coordination are weak.

This launcher is ok, it really doesn't launch the ball as far as I thought it would, and it takes quite a bit of effort to launch . I am an old lady and can't throw very well anymore. A plain tennis racket works better in my opinion. The launcher is well made and looks like it will last a long time. I would recommend it for someone who cannot toss a ball at all....
