  The top and bottom horizontal parts both have loops so the part that goes around the dogs chest must loop through both. It makes it a bit more difficult to put on a wiggling puppy. It also tends to slip around the dogs body more than other ones we've had that are attached. (Usually the top part is attached leaving the bottom loop open for adjustments) This is a particular problem when the puppy wants to roll around instead of walk as the top part slides to the underside of the dog and it is more problematic to control the dog.

  The sizing is completely wrong. I started with the small after taking measurements of my dachshund puppy, Alas, I had to return it in exchange for the large because there's no medium available in black. Good thing I did get the large because it's actually small on my small Dachsund. I don't know what their thinking with the size measurements. Additionally, there is a lack of proper control/ grip when connecting the leash to either ring. Because the top flap (where the ring is) has an unattached underside, it doesn't grasp the dog's body. Further, it'd be nice if the harness was slightly longer as in other models to provide more bodily support.

  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? The size measurements are all wrong. Make sure you size up!
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The material is decent enough for breathability. It could stand to be slightly longer for those longer breeds and larger breeds. The snap closures need better placement. Of you connect the leash to either ring, it pulls the harness partially up without controlling/gripping the dog.

  This is an easy to use dog harness, but I'm confued about the sizing. I ordered a medium for our 25 pound dog with a 19 inch chest. I received a harness that looked too small for our dog and noticed that the tag said small instead of medium. I decided to see how big it would be if I adjusted it. It fit our dog perfectly so I'm wondering if it had the wrong size tag on it.
