I have three adult Bengal cats who entertain me. This looked like it might be big enough.. They love it. I have had to re-tighten it twice after install, and it seems stable now. The ability to 'press' it onto the ceiling is great, and necessary due to the weight and momentum of flying adult Bengal cats. As a plus, my shipment came with a couple extra toys - a box, and a large Crinkly plastic bag. This cat tree is a great value for the money, and it arrived quicklyRead More
I have four cats that LOVE climbing and playing on their gym. They swing from the unit and it holds up very well. It was easy to put together. I would recommend this unti to anyone with a cat. Excellent value!Read More
Huge it is! But worth the money. My cats didn't take to it right away but have warmed to the idea of a massive new toy. Construction overall is great but it definitey needs to be anchored to your ceiling. Was easy to put together, just take your time and sort the pieces in the beginning. Great product and super speedy shipping with Overstock!Read More
I really wanted this cat tree so that my four sphynx cats could all be together on the same cat tree. This cat tree is a very good size and has a lot of different places for the cats to lie down and hide. The material is a little cheap, there isn't very much rope for scratching, and the ladders provided didn't even fit. But overall I would still recommend this product to others and my cats seem to enjoy playing on it.Read More
2 years ago I bought a cat tower from Overstock. At that time I only had 4 cats....over the years the cats grew to 14.....yes 14. The old tower, while still in good shape, would only hold up to 6 of them which then led to fights. My daughter put this together in an hour and it will comfortably hold all 14 (and it has several times). Ahhhh peace has been restored for the crazy cat lady. As far as the old tower....that is still being used in another room of the house.Read More
I have five cats and they all seem to like the condo. They haven't all been on it at the same time, but several have and it seems sturdy enough. One guy gets at the very top and really goes for the scratcher. Took a couple of hours to put together, but overall I'm glad I got it.Read More
I bought this two years ago. My cats love it. The only thing that is not perfect is the ceiling connection, it comes lose sometimes because the cats run up it so much. I did go to replace it after one year and found the new one was smaller so I fixed the post at top with some extra parts I had and extended the life another year. We are ready for a new one its is scratched up really bad but I highly recommend it and think the price is far more reasonable than **** or *******Read More
I bought this cat tree a year ago, the twine is coming off and one of the ladders broke as we were putting it together but we managed to make it work anyway. The quality isn't the best and the two separate bases don't stay together so there is always a gap. Our ceilings were too high so we couldn't brace it to anything so it sways back and forth but the cats don't seem to mind. All the fuzz and twine also ends up all over your house so you have to sweep frequently. So, aside from those cons, my cats absolutely love it. They use it frequently. The basket on the very top is the most popular hang out. My oldest cat doesn't fit in it very well but he still uses it. Worries me sometimes cause it sags so much under his weight. Smiles. It's held up through the abuse of 4 very wild kittens, there are areas where the cloth around the pole has come off from their constant scratching at it, and areas where they have managed to rip off the twine. No doubt we'll have to buy a new one soon, but for the amount of play this gets from all the animals and for the price, I'd say we probably got our money worth and we probably have another good year or two to get out of it. I would recommend it. It's more for smaller animals, my year old cat can still use it, but everything is a little tight on him. Perfect size for all of them as they were growing though.Read More
It is very large. Great value for the size. I have mine outside on the screened patio.Read More
My cats (I have 6 of them) have thoroughly enjoyed this tree. In fact, I have just ordered another one, since the last one was destroyed in a fire (no kitties or people harmed, thank goodness!). They climb the poles as if climbing trees, they lounge, they play fight, they run and jump and create havoc on it. The baskets and houses are just right for sleeping in, and sometimes playing King-of-the-Castle. The tree stands up surprisingly well to all of this commotion. A few things that should be noted: The boards used in the construction of this are sturdy, but not very thick. The 'fur' covering everything is somewhat cheap, sheds, and is very thin. It is my main complaint about this tree. The cats like to groom it. The 'houses' are actually more like tents. They have a solid top and bottom, and very strong velcro is used to attach the bottom of the tent to the piece below it. At least one of my cats was working on making a hole through the side wall of one of the houses. I don't mind, but someone else might prefer solid houses. The sisal posts are typical; sisal rope stapled and glued over thick cardboard rolls. The cats eventually loosen the rope and start tearing the cardboard. Putting it together is a chore, but it is made easier by taking the time to label all of the parts. The diagram is useful, and is pretty much all there is in way of instruction. I put some of it together wrong initially and had to take it apart and start over. It took me a couple of hours at least. The only thing I needed help with, was my husband had to put on the top pole, and secure it to the ceiling. The entire tree should also be checked and tightened up on occasion. Despite some drawbacks, the price of this giant tree is worth it. I really can't buy anything this complex for this cheap anywhere. If you have multiple cats, a tree with several levels, and some wider spaces between them is essential to create cat happiness and eliminate non-sharing behaviours. This one fits those needs and doesn't break the bank. Even though it's a little cheaply made, I don't mind, as the cats will take anything like this apart eventually anyway. I owned the previous tree for about 6 months before the fire, and it was just becoming somewhat worn. I figured it would last another year at least with my little monsters playing on it.Read More

Signs Your Kitty Needs a Cat Condo
A cat condo is a piece of furniture designed especially for your cat. These tall, sturdy structures (sometimes called cat trees) offer cats a place to play, scratch, perch, or sleep. While some cat owners may not feel like a cat condo is a necessary purchase, others know that some cats are much happier when they have their own space to stake out and claim -- space that will prevent the cat from damaging household furniture. If you're not sure whether to buy one, watch for these cat behaviors to see if your cat could use a cat condo.
