Our package was received in good order and in a timely manner. Assembly was fairly simple and easy. Most importantly, it was well received by the occupants who are having a field day playing and sleeping with it. Would highly recommend this product to anyone with cats and room for it.Read More
I bought a similar one from Overstock ( Item#: 10875122 73" fur covered) before that was much much sturdier, so I am dissapointed in this one. I think this is a different manufacturer. The sisel tubes on this one are narrower and the fur material that covers the rest is thinner. Also, the ladder up to the condo house can not be used by the way it is positioned. You can't really tell by the picture, but the ledge in front of the door in to the condo sticks out too much so a cat or especially a kitten can not step up the ladder to go into the condo. Poor design and no way to adjust it. This one was cheaper and I guess I got what I paid for. It's in a corner to help stabilize it. I would recommend the other cat tree, but be advised it will need lots of vacuuming if you have dark hair cats. The shipping was fast and box arrived in good condition. No complaints with Overstock service....just the product itself.Read More
Overall I like this cat tree, especially for the price. It very tall, but the picture makes it look much wider than it actually is. The three platforms on top are not big enough for a full grown cat to stretch and be comfortable sleeping. But my main complaint is the top of the ladder srews up to far underneath the next platform so that my cats cant climb up to the next level easily. They basically never use the ladder other than scratching. And because none of the levels are graduated from larger to smaller, it's hard for them to jump down without having to jump all the way to the ground. I think the maufacturer could have done a much better job with design.Read More
I should have read the other reviews before I bought this cat tree. Although the picture and description of the product was accurate, it was hard to tell by the picture that the design was bad. As stated in other reviews, the ladder serves no purpose whatsoever in this design. My cat is 2 years old and won't use the ladder. There is no way for the cat to "climb" the ladder to get to the condo level. The front of the top of the ladder sits 6" BEHIND the condo level and the bottom step of the ladder is exactly vertical with the condo level. If there was a hole in the condo level floor, the cat could actually use the ladder to get to that level. OR if the ladder was placed closer to the front of the unit, it could be used. Also, when the cat sits on any of the top three perches, the unit wobbles a little with every move the cat makes. Not only do I have to pick-up my cat to place him on the condo level or higher, once he gets up there, he seems scared to move due to the unsturdiness. Then, he has to make a huge jump to the floor to get off the tree as the design does not allow him to "step-down" to get closer to the floor.Read More

Signs Your Kitty Needs a Cat Condo
A cat condo is a piece of furniture designed especially for your cat. These tall, sturdy structures (sometimes called cat trees) offer cats a place to play, scratch, perch, or sleep. While some cat owners may not feel like a cat condo is a necessary purchase, others know that some cats are much happier when they have their own space to stake out and claim -- space that will prevent the cat from damaging household furniture. If you're not sure whether to buy one, watch for these cat behaviors to see if your cat could use a cat condo.
