I have 2 cats both 10 pounds each, is there a weight restriction?
Easy to assemble but definitely needs to be on a flat, hard floor. I don't think it would do well on carpet. The cats took to it immediately but one did manage to destroy the swinging mouse within the first few hours of play. But it's attractive and definitely serves the purpose.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM GO ***.BOO! I just had to leave a review even though I did not purchase this item through Overstock. I bought this directly from the manufacturer. I purchased it because I really liked the color and price. When I received the item it was much more of a yellow color than the one pictured. I even had to show a few people to make sure I wasn't color blind. I contacted their customer service and was shocked at how rude they came across. They told me to send it back and that I had to pay return shipping. Why should I have to pay shipping for something that was not as described?!?!? There was nowhere that was noted the color may vary or that the image was a stock photo!!!! I tried to communicate that to them and they said that they don't carry a "yellow" color. I asked them if they thought the color was the same as what was in the picture and their response was that they sell 100's of these a month. BEWARE of this company. They have TERRIBLE customer service! This and my trip to the Wyndham Bahamas are the only two BAD reviews I have ever written. So please take it into consideration.

Kitten loves it! I just got a new kitten and this was waiting for her on arrival. She immediately loved it (after I spread a little catnip around) and claimed it as hers. She uses the scratching posts, sleeps in the hole and perches on top to keep her eyes in me in the kitchen. I was able to assemble it easily, so ANYONE can do this. Good value for the price, especially when compared to pet store prices. Very sturdy and well built. She tore the hanging mouse off after about 2 play sessions, but hey mice aren't supposed to be hanging anyway. But the string is still there for her amusement!
