Go Pet Club 51-inch Cat Tree Condo

I just had to leave a review even though I did not purchase this item through Overstock. I bought this directly from the manufacturer. I purchased it because I really liked the color and price. When I received the item it was much more of a yellow color than the one pictured. I even had to show a few people to make sure I wasn't color blind. I contacted their customer service and was shocked at how rude they came across. They told me to send it back and that I had to pay return shipping. Why should I have to pay shipping for something that was not as described?!?!? There was nowhere that was noted the color may vary or that the image was a stock photo!!!! I tried to communicate that to them and they said that they don't carry a "yellow" color. I asked them if they thought the color was the same as what was in the picture and their response was that they sell 100's of these a month. BEWARE of this company. They have TERRIBLE customer service! This and my trip to the Wyndham Bahamas are the only two BAD reviews I have ever written. So please take it into consideration.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Not at all accurate. Color I received was more of a yellow than tan/beige as pictured.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? I didn't buy from Overstock. Other than the color, probably accurate.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Never put it together.
