Very impressed after a long search for a bed sturdy and large enough for my 150lb. Great Dane. He loves it. It is plenty big enough for him. It is also very thick. I plan on ordering another one for our downstairs!

Big Dog Friend
I like the bed and so does Phil, our 145 pound Great Dane. BUT, it was much thinner that it appears in the photo. Its easy to clean by just vacuuming it which is a bonus. If you have a dog that really requires something with lots of support then this is probably not the right bed. If your pall just needs a soft spot to pass the day then this a great bed for the price.

good purchase
After a lot of research I decided to order this bed for my 150 pound mastiff. I was concerned when I read the instructions on the tag which indicated the cover should not be put in the washing machine. However, there was an insert in the box stating to wash it on delicate and then line dry. I would prefer standard wash and dry, but that's manageable. My other concern is the durability of the zipper, but so far (1 week) it hasn't been an issue. Overall I have been very pleased and my dog seems happy with the bed. It supports his weight really well which is what I was looking for.

Disappointed
I guess this would be an okay bed for a large breed dog like a Labrador. It simply not what I was needing for my Great Danes. The mattress is very lightweight and does not give enough support for a giant breed. NOT worth the price!

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Fairly accurate. I had purchased memory foam beds previously from Overstock and they were of much better quality. I had hoped the orthopedic addition on these beds would make an even better bed for my Great Danes.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The cover is very nice and durable, but the mattress itself is not as I had hoped for for my dogs.

Great supportive dog bed
We got this bed because our large lab has joint issues and had read that a memory foam bed can help. He seems to love it and so does his sister. Like I said we have one large dog and one medium-large dog and they can both be on it. I find it comfortable myself when I want to sit on the floor with them. I have had to clean up throw-up off of it and found it to clean well with sponge and mild detergent, can't see any stains.

Your furbabies will love this!
We ordered this bed in the xtra large size because we needed something that both of our dogs could sleep together on. We have 2 labs that are about 70lbs each and they both fit very comfortably on this with room to spare. As soon as we took it out of the box they knew it was theirs and made themselves very comfortable on it (rolling around on their backs and snorting). There was one review about the cover being punctured by their dogs nail, but we have not run into any issue like this. We have always used a small blanket to cover our dogs' beds b/c it makes it easier to clean and is more comfortable. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the memory foam layer were a little thicker. It only accounts for the top 1" layer which is above the orthopedic foam. The guys don't seem to mind this at all though and they've actually been heading to bed a little earlier these days.

Wonderful Extra Large Dog Bed
The bed is a great size and seems to be well made! I bought this for our new adopted German Shepherd who is 85 pounds! He is liking it and enjoys laying and sleeping on it! (as does my husband who likes to watch TV on it with the dog!!!) I have not yet had to wash the cover as I have used an old sheet over the top to keep it free of debris and dog hair and figure that would be easier to get off and wash.
