Door shields
These should work just fine. I have not put them on the doors yet, but the fasteners are included and the shields are plenty big enough. They can be trimmed to fit if they are too large. They are sturdy and should protect the doors just fine.

No adhesive
This door shield has no adhesive on it at all. I had to use double sided tape and am using it indoors. I doubt it would hold up on an exterior door with just double sided tape on it.
