Multiple cat household loves it.
I operate a feline rescue group and we are always on the look out for deals on cat products. I was this one this site for about an hour comparing the different cat trees offered, and after reading the description and reviews I decided to purchase it this one. Shipping was very fast and since the box is heavy, I unpacked it on the porch where the deliver person left it and carried the pieces inside. The instructions may be a little confusing, they are a step-by-step and overall assembly in one diagram. I laid out all the pieces in the order that I would need them, studied the diagram for a few minutes and then putting it together was fairly easy. Took me about 30 minutes. It is a nice large tree and several cats can play on it at the same time. I like that it has perches at different leves so each cat can have their own little space if they want it. I have it in the corner of the room. It is sturdy, but better safe than sorry. The cats just love it and use the great sisial scratching posts regularly, which was the point. I really like it and have seen comperable cat trees in retail outlets for ***, so this was indeed a good deal. I am back today to order another one. Great product, great price and love that overstock.com ships straight to my door.

Best item I have ever purchased online
Outstanding delivery time (3 days) and although this is easy to move around once built, it is heavy in the box (around 70lbs). Like most have said, the directions (hahaha what directions) are terrible and the only thing they are good for is to make sure you have all the parts. Once you have done that, then lay out the parts and throw the directions away, print out the color photo here on Overstock.com and use that as your directions. My two cats are siblings (brother and sister) and the little boy is strong as an ox and he is a bull in a china shop but his rowdiness does not even cause this tree house to wobble even slightly. They have had more fun on this than I could have ever imagined and even though there are two houses on this, they both prefer to snooze in the little one...haha. You will NEVER beat this price and this quality anywhere! I am thinking already of buying a 2nd one and making a ramp from the one to the other but I am not sure I am ready to go insane yet from their antics! You absolutely can NOT go wrong with this as a purchase and I had NO problems putting it together and it only took me 30 minutes.

The cats will love it
I was intimidated by reviews saying this item was difficult to assemble. My 17-year-old daughter and I put it together in 30 minutes. Only the stairways were a bit difficult to attach, but not too difficult. I rubbed catnip on the shelves and my cats love it.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CAT TREE HOUSE. MY OLDEST CAT, 12 YEARS , ONLY GOES HALF WAY UP , BUT MY YOUNGER CAT GOES ALMOST TO THE TOP.

Play land for cats!
Bought this for my daughters six cats for Christmas.She has four older cats and two younger cats and they all enjoy playing on it and it has held up solid even with all of them on it at the same time.

Cat Tree Condo House Scratcher 72-inch Furniture
I had this same condo for 6 years and it held up very nicely but due to a recent fire I lost the condo. I have ordered this new one and cannot wait for it's arrival, my surviving cats will love it.

Cat-tasticly awesome!!!!
I bought this cat tree and it is exactly to a T what i was looking for, and it has held up to every expectation I had hoped for , my four cats love it , and there isn't a minute that goes by that they are not on it, I couldn't even get it fully put together and I had three out of four cats on it, the only part that I believe could have been better would be assembly instructions and letter labels for the amount of parts it came with, for example the pieces all had letters designated to them in the instructions but no sticker to label the actual parts, if it wasn't for that everything would have been perfect .. On level of sturdiness I have 20lb cats and it holds up just fine and they are always playing and sleeping and swinging like flying monkeys from the perches and all levels of the tree. Perfect or multiple cats allows enough room for all to be on it without fighting or cat wars, would highly recommend to anyone on a budget wanting to spoil their fur babies.

Crappy Item, Do Not Buy
When I tried to put this together, the first thing I tried to screw in wouldnt catch at all into the screw hole. Turns out the workmanship on this product was very poor and I couldnt even put it together due to screw holes already being stripped out before I even opened the box. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Next time I go to look for a product like this, or any other for that matter, I will pay the extra cost and get it from a more reputable company that has better working products
