  I love this! I have three orphaned kittens I've bottle fed since 5 days old and they just love this cat tree. Some people think I've gone overboard, but when they actually see the set up they all think it's really cool. It was very easy to put together and the kittens can't get enough of it. The tree is made of a very soft faux fur-ish sort of material. It is not carpet as you see on a lot of trees. It cleans better than carpet, which is nice with young kittens.

  These are very well made. Just the right size for kittens. I had purchased two larger feather stick toys, and the kittens were not interested. Plus it left little bits of feathers all over. Very happy with this purchase. Good Deal.

  This is a nice cat tree for the money. The overall design makes it very easy for the cats to go up and down. There are no inaccessible levels for almost any cat, even older ones because there are no flush set solid edges like you so on so many of the ill designed cat trees. The other plus is the cat condo is plenty big for our big kids and the two top platforms have nice little edges that make the cats feel more secure when they are on them. One of the three fur kids is pretty much on it 24/7. The only improvement would be for it to be a bit heavier as two of our kids are still young and play rough with each other and they get it rocking. I am going to try to put some bricks on the bottom to see if it improves the amount of rocking; even though it does rock, I am not overly concerned that it would go over unless they were really, really on super rampage, but the addition of a 3rd rough-houser would probably take it down.

  This is very cute and seems well made, but it is too small for an average size cat. If you have kittens it would be great, but once they get full grown they will be sad that they cannot use it. You might be able to use it more as a step for an ill designed cat tree, but short of that or having really small cats, no larger than 5 pounds, this is effectively useless. I did not give it a 1 because it has not fallen apart and seems sturdy.

  I am hopeless at anything practical and yet managed to assemble the condo fairly easily. It's well-designed. sturdy and stable. The climb from the top of the "bungalow" to the next level may present a challenge to some cats. I'm not sure whether my own cat can negotiate this since he has completely ignored the condo. He really likes the box it came in though and has spent hours jumping in and out of it and using it to store the jingle-mice he has hunted down. I am using the condo as a bedside light-stand and book shelf.
