This is very easy to put together. Unfortunately, my cat could care less about it The middle part is kind of small. If u have a big cat, I would not buy this product.

I like this cat tree!
I managed to make this sturdy by starting the construction from the top down rather than the bottom up. It was the only way for it to not be wobbly and I would recommend that when you are trying to put one together. The kittens managed to chew through the elastic strings to the mice before I even had it together so when I was done I cut up some shoe laces and tightly tied the mice to it. The kittens have not yet been able to chew through shoelaces so it allowed me to rehang the mice to make it more interesting for them. I have put it next to the sofa... I hope they get it is "their space" to take over. Basically I like it apart from the disappointment that the posts are bamboo and not sisal.

Confusing instructions
Wish that the instructions had been more detailed/spread out over more steps. I screwed one of the longer screws into the wrong place and then couldn't get it out (tried for 45 minutes--with screwdrivers, pliers, everything). Nonetheless I was able to put it together, but there is a screw extending into one of the beds now, which can't be comfortable, and it isn't as sturdy as it should be when the screws are inserted in the right places. My cat has grown to like the top bed (loves the dangling mice), likes to sleep on the bottom behind the mouse tree during the day, but refuses to see the bamboo poles as a scratching surface for some reason... Feline wiles...

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The columns are sturdy, but the curved bed at the top is made of something like hard cardboard and was slightly damaged in transit.

Loved it!
I really liked this product alot, it was easy to put together, looks nice with my furniture. Just right, doesnt look ugly at all, My kittly loves to scratch on the bamboo poles which are strong. She loves to run up it and lay on the top part of the tier. The only thing that the play part at the bottom, the three prongs did break off, but with playful kitten what do you expect. I would definately reccomend this tier...my kitty loved it before it was put together she was playing with it.

The Cats Like it!
Like the cat stand, my cats play on it all the time, they love it. They don't sleep on it as I thought they would, but that's OK. They use it every day. Just wish the beds were bigger.

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Pretty good, it fits my 11 lb cat well, the beds are a bit small for the 15 lb cat.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Excellent, very easy to assemble. However, my cats had one of hte mice off in 20 minutes. Only one mouse still attached, but "that's my boys" and expected that!

Good product for a good price
My cats seem to really like this scratcher. Its plenty big enough for both of them (one is 9 lbs and the other is 10 lbs.)

Good quality
I am very happy with this purchase. The carpeting is of better quality than I expected. My husband assembled it without any difficulty and tightened all the screws so it is not wobbly at all. Cats love the top perch, but not the middle "hammock."

Wobbly
My cat does not find the posts appealing to scratch on, and she won't jump up on it - I think because it doesn't seem sturdy enough. Perhaps for a smaller, more daring cat. She does play with the dangly things, and it is not ugly, at least. It was also pretty easy to put together.
