Roxanna, my Ragdoll cat, has been delighted with her tree from the beginning. She doesn't use the swing because she doesn't like the instability, but she does use the upper scratching posts. Roxie likes the house and paw-shaped level but she LOVES the top cushy bed. She spends a lot time in her cat tree. It is stable, a good height, and well-made with luxurious carpet. I have no complaints.

It came in a huge, heavy box. Took me about 15 minutes to put it together - instructions aren't very clear, all you get is a diagram - so pay attention! The cats were on it before it was even finished. It is heavy, stable and when my 17 pound cat hits it at a dead run, it doesn't budge.

The 76-inch Casita Cat Furniture Tree Condo was easy to put together, however the instructions were a bit on the small side, not good for us visually challenged. The best part of the cat tree was that the cats just couldn't wait to play with it, and I mean that literally. We put it together with all of the cats sitting on it, in it or very near it. I wish I could send pictures so you could see for yourself how much cats like this thing. If you have ever priced these things in the pet stores you know how very very expensive they are, this unit is a great price and much nicer than the ones at the pet stores.

We didn't even have it totally together before the cats started playing on it. The instructions were extremely poor. We had to go online to find a picture which we used as a guide.

Yes, the instructions suck. You build the tree from the top down. You need to pick up the top part each time to build under it. When you tighten one pole the other end loosens when you build from the bottom. But the cat loves it. I am thinking about getting two more bolts and cantilevering the box/house to the right (even with the bottom peice) and back an inch or two. This will give the cat more room to move around the middle level. Just noticed I only got one mouse on a string, that sucks. Cat does jump from the middle section to the floor, this could be a problem for older cats. My cat has avoided the bottom section so far. This is cheaper than I could have built one and she has been waiting 3 years.

Beautiful play area for our new kitten. Fun and entertaining. What more could a cat ask for? Has a spot to sleep a spot to hide and play. Even our rabbits love it. Nice product.

This is a well made and attractive cat tree. My cats just love it. It is very sturdy and the cat beds are a good size. Goes together easily. Highly recommend!

This is the most amazing cat tree. You will never find anything like this in a pet store, so tall and with so much detail. The price is so amazing for the detail and quality of the product. My cat loves it. It is very durable and the 2 toys that hang from it are so sturdy they are still intact. You can't beat the shipping costs on an item that is so heavy.

I have three cats and they all enjoyed helping put this new toy together. They were in and out, on and off every piece until the project were complete. They are amazing little helpers! Once we had it upright, they sat on it all day. It said it came with two dangling toys, but we only got one and they couldn't leave that little mouse alone either. It is a very nice piece and I would recommend it.

This cat tree is wonderful! It is pretty sturdy and covered in very soft furry material, which is also easy to clean. My cats love to scratch at the posts and jump and climb all over this tall tree. All levels of the tree get used, sometimes all at the same time! My cats are all middle-aged, but they play on this thing as though they were kittens. I have another cat tree, which cost about the same, but is not nearly as good as this one. This is a great deal! It's a bit difficult to assemble, but read the instructions and take your time and you will be ok.

My cat loves climbing it and sleeping on the second to highest level. The unit was fairly easy to assemble although there quite a few pieces so it required over an hour of assembly time. The build quality is good and the box came with all necessary parts and instructions. The illustrations in the assembly instructions could have been more clear. It seems to have a bit of a chemical odor to it, but I expect the odor will fade over time.

This was the best value for money I have spent on my 2 girls! From when it was put together (actually they couldn't wait and played while I was assembling it) until now, they get down to eat and drink only! For the price and quality you will not find this piece of cat furniture in any store. Great design, I don't use the hammock though, they prefer to hide in the space where the hammock went (I took all the pieces off the hammock and use the extra material inside the little house as a soft bed). Will most definitely purchase my next kitty condo/gym from Overstock!

This tree provides endless hours of entertainment for my three cats. We first bought a pet store tree for the same price and it looks "bargain basement" next to the Casita. We are buying another to keep on the porch. It's worth every single penny!

We got this tree for Christmas this year. We (Gypsyrosebud & Reynoldamanor (Raerae)) love it! We still aren't sure about the hammock part because it moves freely (but the humans granddaughter (2yrsold) LOVES to sit in it and rest! The tree is very sturdy and doesn't wiggle much. We like to sleep on it and one of us like to pull the fleece out sometimes....The tree has a hiding hole and a loft that we are just getting use to...Humans say it is a great deal for the money because they shopped and looked around alot before purchasing it. They were very impressed with it and have had no problems at all with it! It was delivered fast and was packed great. All the poles are wrapped with sisal that we love to claw at...yeah! We hope you get one too!

The only thing wrong with the "cat casa" was my husband's response to it's size. My cats and I were incredibly impressed with the durability, appearance, value, ease of cleaning and hours of fun it has provided. I guess my husband just didn't think our cats were worthy of such an incredible climber, but having seen the enjoyment it has provided, he's all in!!!

I purchased this for my 5 cats, ages 10 months - 14 years. The younger kitties really LOVE it! The older cats are curious, but not sure... It was very easy to assemble, seems sturdy enough, and one cat went right up to the rope covered post and began scratching (he is now resting inside the little hutch). I put it in front of a big window overlooking some woods and am sure it will become the primo kitty spot!

So, I expected horrible instructions... they weren't that bad at all. As a matter of fact, I tried to outsmart the directions and start from the bottom up... mistake!! Once I followed the instructions and worked from the top down, it was fairly easy... until the last bottom piece. i think i put it on sideways... I'll fix it tomorrow. The cats love it! It's not wood like the description. The flat portions are pressed board, the sisal ropes are glued onto thick cardboard attached to plastic, but they're solid. The house in the middle is also pressed board. No solid wood anywhere. But, overall, it's sturdy - NOT rock solid sturdy, but it's staying in place, and the cats and kittens love the hideaway house. Nice soft furry exterior that my hairless cats appreciate. The top level bed is also very thick. Lots of hang out space and things to do. SO worth the great deal! Took about an hour for me to put together alone.

Great value. Although not all the parts were included. The screws and bolts were all included but the metal inserts that should have already been in place in the wood portion were not there. The hardware store did not have the parts needed so we had to juggle a bit but finally got the tree together. Check all the holes for the screw threads prior to assembly.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The rope on all of the posts is wound very loosely and one of the posts was actually broken and would not fit into its associated bolt. The first time the cats scratched on the posts, the rope started to sag. It looks like an old cat condo. Not a good purchase.
