I wish I had purchased this years ago!

okay but has flaws
This gate comes in sections that you piece together to fit your particular place you want to put it. It is NOT easy up and easy down. You must adjust all four contact points each and every time you put it up and take it down. If you want to put is some place and leave it then I would high recommend it it. The only other negative I can say is that where I put it, the floor trip is 4 inches wide. With the thickness of the trim, it would not go down all the way to the floor. If I took a section out of the gate it would then be too small. My dog kept getting out. I can't figure out if she is going under the gap or jumping over (it is very short). If you have a dog that can jump any at all, then this gate is not for you. I think she is crawling under through the gap so I either have to modify the trim, which I don't want to do, or take a metal cutting tool and cut 1/4" to 1/2" inch off each end of the bottom bar of the gate. I haven't decided yet.

Excellent choise
I have a very small dog that belongs to mt friend and went he comes over I like to keep him from entering my livingroom on the account he tends to have accidents. This gate has been just the right size and I can just step over it very easy without having to take it down.

Mini gate
I should have read the product description closer. This gate fits in a doorway. You can step over it. I just need something wider. But I will keep it for when we trust our dog more.

After purchasing 3 other gates and returning them, this gate finally worked. We have a small dog and a doorway that has molding at the bottom and is an odd size. This product worked!

Good for small dogs
This pet gate has helped us with our new pup! We bought two of them and now we have MacDuff cordoned off to the family room. Works great. When we take him for a walk, we open the little pet door and he comes right through.

Don't order!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered this pet gate and two extensions for a large opening between my kitchen and living room. It was so wobbly that even my 10 week old puppy could knock it down. I returned it but only received $21 of my $$$ back. I will stick with Amazon.com. They know how to treat their customers. Thank *** I didn't order the leather sectional I was looking at!
