It's beautiful - BUT IT IS EXTREMELY FRAGILE!!
Don't buy this product!!!! I loved the description of the product because it didn't use treated wood and that's all it is - wood. The problem is that the wood is WAY TOO FRAGILE/Soft to be used as a dog house. Our product arrived with broken pieces, one of them being the back of dog house. I called Overstock and their solution was to send me another one. That package had broken pieces too, and again, the back piece of the dog house was broken. To me, that means a packaging problem in which the pieces aren't adequately protected for shipping. It's too heavy & hard to send back to Overstock, and I got the sense from the Overstock Representative, that shipping it back wasn't an option (a heavy item to ship). This is disappointing to me since I've been a loyal customer since the beginning. I've taken pieces from both kits to put it together, but even then I used brackets to reinforce the joints and other pieces broke while I was assembling the dog house. Dont waste your money.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Beautifully made; however, the wood is too fragile to hold up to shipping - let alone being used by your dog
