Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Hardly finished putting it together when all 3 cats decided to investigate and choose their favorite perches. Would definitely recommend.

The only things we see that we dont like is the cat perches are not very big on top. Our cats lay over the sides of them. They use the condo to sleep in more. The perches are very soft and cuddly, just not big enough for the cats to feel secure in very long sleeping up there 6 feet up in the air. We picked this product because our cast were fighting with the one perch we had on our last cat house. The product looks great, it is a solid piece, good materials. Just a little dissappointed about the size of the three beds.

The only problem I had putting it together was attaching the posts to the base. The base is a rectangle and not a square (don't assume the label is the "front" of the base... It's the side). It also helps if you have a ratchet wrench vs. using the Allen wrenches supplied. I was able to put it together in less than an hour by my (female) self :). It is very sturdy as my two adult cats run up on to it at full speed and try to tackle each other on the different levels.
