Not an outdoor dog house..rain pours in
Purchased this for outdoor cats however I returned it because it is not at all waterproof. The rain POURS in. Cute to look at but I wanted them to be dry when it rained.

Awesome Dog House
My dog recently turned 1, so we decided to kick the crate training and move her onto something more grown-up... We purchased this house about a month ago, and she is absolutely loving the interior. She weighs about 15 lbs, she's a pekingese/tibetan spaniel mix, so she fits perfectly with a comfy blanket on bottom. The top part is a little trickier, as I'm sure it will take some getting used to, she has a hard time using the steps.. just some young insecurities she still has. It was here within about 3 days, and took about 20 minutes to assemble. The wood is a nice quality too. Overall this was one of the greatest purchases I have ever made.

Picture Perfect
I purchased this dog house for my Yorkie, this Christmas and he absolutely love it! It's very easy to put together, it's sturdy and simply adorable. I also placed a big pillow on the balcony and he just loves to hop up there and take himself a little nap. It's worth the money and also it doesn't take up much space. This is certainly a purchase worth making.

Balcony View Dog House
I would like the steps a little wider. This would be better for a cat or tiny dog compared to a small dog. My dog does not like the steps so he just jumps on top. I wanted the steps to save his back legs from jumping on everything. He loves to watch out the window so its a perfect height for window watching. His kennel bed fits on top perfectly. Thank you for making a great product.

Incredible little area for pets
My dogs and cats love this house. They climb and lay on top in the sun and some like to climb inside and hide. Then they all play around it. I want another one!

Works great for my outdoor cat
I purchased this for my large outdoor cat, and it's on our porch so it's out of the rain. I put blankets inside and a rug on top, so he has the option of sleeping inside or on top. He loves it! I can see where this would only work for smaller dogs - my cat is 20lbs and large-boned so he almost fills up the inside. I like that the house is made of cedar. It will last longer and looks good too. The price was good too.

What a great little house!
This little house was meant for my cat and puppy. My puppy learned how to climb the stairs and the house became her immediately. I placed the house next to my work desk at home and she loves to lay in it while I do my work. It was so quick and easy to put together, the fresh smell of cedar was so much better than the last house I purchased from PetSmart-cute but smelled like chemicals) I returned the PetSmart house and bought this one instead for much less and no chemical smells that could contaminate my home and pets.. I could see my Boston Terrier pup being full grown (about 15 lbs) and still fit comfortably in both levels. Although neither pet has used the bottom portion of the house, I'm sure it will only be a matter of time. Overall I think this was a great buy and would definitely recommend it. We are very satisfied with it!

Not a bad little cat house
I bought this for my cats. I have it outside on a covered porch and they love to lay on the top balcony in the sun. It was super easy to put together and it looks nice. Wish the indoor area was a bit larger, but they use it a lot, so I guess they are happy with it.
