Not the best cat furniture out there, but good value for the money. If you have cats that like to run and launch themselves at things, you'll need to add some weight or put it in a corner. As others have noted, the top perch is small. My 10 pound cat fits, but there isn't much wiggle room. I wanted something that had fairly wide, step-like perches for a geriatric cat and this fits the bill. It went together easily. I did need to re-tighten as suggested in the directions. No regrets, but I would have been unhappy if I'd paid much more as it is pretty light weight.

Be careful when your cat climbs on this. It tips aver easily.. I have a cat that only has three legs, and he has taken so good falls. The condo wants to tip forward. Beware!!!!

I put it together quite easily. Threre are no real instructions and it still took little time. Wish my cats would play with it, sit on it--USE IT I have older and somewhat feral cats. They do not seem to know the use the cat tree. It is quite nive to look at, so it is not an eyesore (as long as baby blue works for you). I believe that with time the cats will just have to give it a try.

When I got this product I was initially unhappy because it was smaller than I expected. This is for little kitties! So I was thinking of disassembling it when my 16year old cat decided this is perfect height for her arthritic paws... So it worked out well. The top pad is too small for her so she doesn't go on top of it, but product itself is nice and sturdy. A good bargain.
