Big Cat approved tree
A friend had me order this for her. Her cat loves it and she is very pleased with it. Decent price for what it is and seems fairly well made. We did put it up against a wall as instructed, but is not too wobbly. Her cat is a large Ragdoll and loves to sit up on the top with her legs hanging off of it. Is very easy to put together, and good instructions for a nice change! Arrived as stated.

Looks like the picture but really unstable
My cat won't use it because it is unstable and wobbles and sways when he is on it. I will have to find a way to make it steady so he can use it.

Little wobbly, great for big cats/ smallish area
This is my third Armarkat cat tree. Like the others, this one was extremely easy to put together - pieces match accurately. The directions are mostly a diagram and very easy to follow. This tree has a plush material instead of a fleece like the other trees I own - doesn't seem to make a difference to my cats. (The fleece is a big cat hair collector, but frankly I'd rather have all that cat hair on the tree than on the rug) I bought this model specifically to accommodate my Tomzillas - two 16 pounders - in a smallish area. The "house" unit is of course too small for them to enter, but the surfaces are good sizes, and they'll lounge for hours on the top platform. The only drawback is that this model is a bit wobbly. My other trees are very stable as long as they're firmly in a corner. This one, because of the design, is harder to get enough corner contact. However, it's not wobbly enough to discourage the felines, and with some weight on the bottom platform I'm not worried either.

Easy to put together, i have a 20 pound cat who loves this, This wobbles a lot due to him jumping on it. I would recommend to all cat owners.
